She answered all the questions regarding the flowers, etc. You see we live in Va and I wanted to have flowers delivered to my wife before Mother's Day!! After a brief time the transaction was almost complete! Now I had to read what I wanted in the card! They sat in the heat for a couple of hours before anyone was able to get them off the porch. I called and they apologized and sent a new arrangement out, however, it was just disappointing. The roses looked to be thrown in and not arranged, they were all different heights, but not in a good way. I had to take the better flowers of the 2 arrangements and arrange them myself. It was so thoughtful of those who sent the flowers, I just feel that they did not get their moneys worth.
