I called and was told that they are out of product. I came back to Google and found you all!! I called and got, "Megan" who was very professional, courteous, and patient with me!! She answered all the questions regarding the flowers, etc. You see we live in Va and I wanted to have flowers delivered to my wife before Mother's Day!! After a brief time the transaction was almost complete! Now I had to read what I wanted in the card! All the mushy, I Love You, etc to someone other than my sweetheart The flowers were delivered on time, and in excellent condition!! So I called 2 florists in Burleson whom I'd used previously, but both were totally booked for Mother's Day deliveries. I found Funkytown Flowers and called them. The woman who answered said that they had been closed because of COVID-19 and were just then reopening, and yes they could take my order and have it delivered. The next morning my mother called me gushing with admiration over the beauty of the arrangement she had just received. (My mother doesn't give praise lightly, plus she's had a green thumb all her life and raised all kinds of plants, flowers, and roses.) She said the arrangement was so gorgeous and natural-looking that it looked like everything was freshly hand-picked by someone who loved flowers, and she insisted that all of our future floral orders must come from this same place. My mother was thrilled; I was relieved and thrilled; and I give Funkytown Flowers my highest recommendation, along with gratitude for giving my mother (who's been in lockdown in a senior living apartment for the past 3+ weeks) such a lovely Mother's Day gift.

The next is their responsiveness and attention to detail. Do they attempt to understand their client? Are they customer service oriented? The last attribute relates to the value that they offer. Are the prices fair? Are the flowers fresh? I am happy to report that Sarah not only meets each of these attributes, she exceeds them!! Sarah spent as much time as necessary to understand my needs and even asked questions to make sure that she was familiar with my wife's taste in flowers.
