They were eager to inform us that our medical insurance provider covered massage services by their location. We provided our insurance information before getting our first massage and paid the co-pay amount as directed. We continued with bi-weekly appointments for the months to follow. Always covering our co-payments upon arrival. MONTHS later we received a phone call from the H & F location informing us that we indeed were not covered for massage services. At this point, the location was requiring immediate payment for the portion that was not covered by our insurance provider. The challenge is that they previously informed us that we were covered (more than once) and allowed us to continue making appointments under that pretense. We challenged the overdue charges with the owner, Sharon, at which time she threatened to send the amount to collections. My husband respectfully encouraged her to do whatever she needed to do and we would respond accordingly. He requested a copy of the contracts we signed, as well as a physical copy of the bills with date stamps. Ms. Sharon told my husband that he needed a new career in an attempt to attack his character. Sharon then, in the midst of hanging up, sealed the conversation by calling my husband an "asshole." I'd like to say that all of the massage services provided by the massage therapist were great! She is truly a professional. This review is to inform potential patrons of the owner's inability to treat customers with respect, even in the face of conflict. Please note that the owner is in partnership with the person who provides the massages and this should not reflect poorly on the massage providers.

Some of the colors were not the same, but the type of flowers were the same and the quantity of flowers looked the same. The flowers also looked very fresh. This has never happened so I am very happy with this florist.
