I continued following up and waited 72 hours to receive an email stating my date was available and to send pictures of the flower arrangements I wanted. I did this immediately and never heard back. I continued calling and emailing with no response. Today, I received an email stating the day was no longer available. Very disappointed in the customer service as it is now May 31st and I do not have a flower vendor for my wedding. I do not recommend this floral company based on my experience.

I didn't get a proposal reply until I left a voicemail asking for a phone appointment. They wanted me to pay before seeing any product: no mock up, portfolio photos etc. the florals I wanted were faux and I wanted something similar but real. When I refused to pay without seeing what my florals would look like first and inquired about a simpler plain white roses with greenery all of the sudden my wedding weekend was now closed.
