The over-the-phone order (I'm in California) with Cody was easy, personable, professional, friendly, helpful, and Cody was patient with me in getting just what I wanted for my aunt's 83rd birthday (Aug. 11, 2021). :) I had four arrangements picked out online that I possibly wanted to purchase. Cody did say that they may not be able to make an arrangement exactly as I wanted as they were low on certain flowers at the time I phoned him, due to being very busy. Cody even suggested I go to another florist who might possibly have more of a supply, but I didn't want to risk using a florist that wouldn't meet my standards and so I told Cody I would be more than willing to work with him in getting what I wanted because I believe in him and Fountain Designs so much. :) Cody was able to make an arrangement from one of my choices and the only flower they couldn't include in the arrangement was a lily, but I suggested a hydrangea and it worked beautifully in the arrangement. :) I had tried three different florists before coming across Fountain Designs two years ago, and this was my second yearly order with them, and I plan to keep them for all my florist needs!! :) I love how they sent me emails when I purchased the flowers, then again when the flowers were delivered and then a picture of the arrangement that was delivered... they kept me up-to-speed in all ways possible. :) Being I was in California making a phone order, I was putting my wants into another person's hands, and by not being there in person or being able to pick them up myself, to maybe request a change or to even ask to add an extra flower or two, I was worried about the final end result. Also, in the past, I've felt that the other florists I have tried, have cut a corner here and there on my out-of-town/state orders, making the arrangements less-than what was pictured (but still charging the same price) because they don't have to deal directly/in-person with me. In a sense, it's like... what they (me) don't know, won't hurt them (me). But family members have sent me photos of what they received from the other florists and I was disappointed in what I paid for and in what my family actually got. For the last two years, I have had full faith and trust in Cody and Fountain Designs with no worries and they have exceeded my expectations!! :) I highly recommend Fountain Designs to everyone who desire a beautiful flower arrangement with great customer service!! You won't regret it!! :D

But, yesterday, they delivered a plant to my house in 100 degree heat & left it sitting on the front porch on the hot brick. They did ring the doorbell, because I saw it on my Ring App. Tried to tell her on the ring doorbell audio we were still out of town for the funeral, but they'd already left. Got home late that afternoon & plant was starting to wilt. Called the shop and ask what the protocol was to leave plants in hot weather outside for delivery, without a courtesy call. The floral designer answered & was very rude to me & hung up on me 2 times. I asked her to have the owner call me, & as of today at noon, I still have not received a call. I'm very disappointed that I didn't get a phone call, explanation, or just an apology. That's all I wanted.
