Not as great as it used to be. After changing owners, this place is not as reliable as it used to be. The last order I placed was completely wrong. I was very disappointed. Also, I was quoted $60 and ended up being charged $90 something. If that's delivery charge that is outrageous. I will be looking for a better florist, for sure. read more

They have been my florist of choice every since. I've used them for my wedding anniversary, wife's bday, and a couple of "just because" days. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and VERY RUDE My husband thought it would be a great idea to stop in and have me create a bouquet with all the flowers I love for my birthday. A gentleman opened the locked door to us, my husband explained his wished and as I make my way through the door this rude old bad dye job lady was yelling at anyone who would listen that we the customers "ruined her day" by trying to buy flowers from her establishment. I was taken back - never in my life nor the world over have I ever heard anyone be so nasty when someone was trying to spend money in their establishment. So I asked ... "did she just say we ruined her day by trying to spend money here?" My husband confirmed that Is exactly what I had heard ... WHO says that to a customer ... oh the old lady with the bad dye job does. Dr. Delphinium is about 2/3 miles away - they were beyond helpful and kind and NO ONE said we ruined their day there. The delivery driver could not have been more helpful! He was always on time, and I could really tell he loved his job! Everything in the cooler is consistently stunning. Not one of those places that just throws together arrangements in the morning in order to stock the cooler. These arrangements are clearly made by an artist who understands florals. The prices are very fair and reasonable. When I've made orders for deliveries, I immediately get a call, text, or photo from the recipient raving about the arrangement. Truly outstanding was the service Phorn and his wife Emily extended to me when the person I was sending flowers to was unavailable/not answering when the flowers were out to delivery at her difficult to access, small, gated apartment complex. They contacted me and together we devised a plan on how to move forward - all this on the evening before thanksgiving when everyone else is trying to get home. A friend sent me flowers, I was so excited to go downstairs and admire my beautiful flowers. Being a special event floral designer, I know how arrangements are made and flower care. Of course, I was not expecting anything fancy, it was a cheer up gift, after testing positive for covid. I was so surprised to see all the good reviews! The reality was very different!!! This arrangement was made by a very inexperienced person. Most of steams weren't long enough to touch the water. The water was very dirty and so was the vase. Some of the flower were old and damaged. I was very disappointed and annoyed. If the hours are incorrect it needs to be updated so that it will not happen again or to anyone else. y'all stay away..if I could give them 0 stars I would. they're not lgbtq friendly even though they're in the heart of it. They charge too much for the basic designs they offer -- some even look like a 5th grader put them together, even though I'm sure a 5th grader would and could do better. The establishment was dirty / dusty when I walked in and one person was on the phone and didn't even bother to hang up when I tried to ask for help. Truly unprofessional -- definitely recommend going down the street to All Blooming Florist or Dr. Delphinium's for quality CUSTOMER SERVICE as well as quality work. Or even the grocery stores near by since their bunches are more reasonably priced and they have a larger more unique variety of flowers. read more

It is a poorly run small business, not to mention very dirty. they offer less than mediocre designs you can find online, on websites like 1-800 flowers; they don't hold themselves to a higher standard yet charge a high price, being that they charge by the stem for their arrangements. All the types of flowers they offer you can find at the grocery store in a lot better quality for a lot better of a price. While this company represents itself as a florist and design firm, it became abundantly clear they were not organized nor could they handle a large event. Arrangements presented were less than impressive- simple daffodils in small dirty vases. Staff was young and inexperienced. I called to request a very specific flower (which irises) after my go-to florist failed to get enough in for me. While they didn't have it in stock (understandable), they said that they could make an arrangement for me (very reasonably priced, I might add). When I arrived they had doubled the size of the very gorgeous bouquet for free since he couldn't make my request for white irises. Wednesday evening I realized I had forgot to pick up my flowers and was resigned to have Thanksgiving without my arrangements. I live in California and I ordered a bouquet for a friend in Dallas area. I posted the order online at 9:45 am and she received the flowers by 1:15 pm same day. The photo my friend sent me of the flowers was even larger and prettier than I expected. Online it asked if the florist could make substitutions, I checked yes and made a comment that my friend's favorite color is orange.
