    This is what I was supposed to get!

    Ordered a bouquet through Teleflora through Mother's Day, who outsources to local florists. The Florist, LTD was the shop that made and delivered my order. It is absolutely AWFUL and looks nothing like what I ordered (see pics). This was an arrangement that I spent $88 on. I was so embarrassed and upset that this is what my mother received. On top of that, the Florist, LTD wrote a crappy handwritten card and didn't even include who the flowers were from. I have never seen such an awful arrangement! Teleflora won't even fully refund me, so I have now wasted my money. Avoid this place at all costs!

    What was delivered.

    I ordered a floral arrangement for Mother's Day though an online party. The floral arrangement my mother received was barely like the one I ordered. The only similarity was the color. I called the online company to figure out a resolution. They ordered to have a new floral arrangement sent the next day. My mother put out the original floral arrangement (since she wouldn't be home for the delivery). She got home, the original floral arrangement was there. I had received an email from the online company that a delivery had been made. NOPE. NO NEW FLOWERS. I called The Florist Ltd of Denton and left a message, still within business hours. Never heard back. In talking with my mom, I found out she contacted The Florist to work out a pick up/delivery time. She said the florist was very defensive and never apologetic. The Florist even HAD THE GALL TO SAY TO MY MOTHER, the recipient of the flowers, that The Florist can take the cost of the delivery fee out of the arrangement (I'm inferring this means she can make a less than great arrangement and claim the delivery fee made her do it, but I paid a delivery fee ON TOP of what was ordered). I've called the online company and they said that The Florist could not fulfill the order because of a lack of flowers. Was this ever going to be communicated with me or my mother? Apparently not. I requested a different florist take the order. TLDR; Bottom line: NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THE FLORIST. They are dishonest and do a poor job with the arrangement. If I could give 0 stars I would.

    I ordered this white arrangements, but this ugly pink red was delivered! They refuse to redeliver correct arrangement or refund!!! Beware of this not honest shop!!!

    They returned the message too late, so I went with a different florist. I know people get busy, but there's many more to choose from.

    I have used The Florist for more than 10 years. Every arrangement has always been beautiful and loved. I would recommend to everyone.

We…read morerecently hired Orchid-Luxury Flower Design/Matt to arrange our bouquets for our Nov. 4th wedding. Initially, everything was great when my wife found this business. Matt was nice and the price was fair. Matt uses the same space as a wedding venue called Feragne Villa. Matt had good reviews on yelp and seemed legitimate. So...day of the wedding, 9am my wife goes to pick up the flowers and there is another wedding party, fully dressed in the middle of getting ready. My wife, who apologized for interrupting their special day, knocked on the door to one of the rooms and this lady named Rita screams at my wife, "CAN I HELP YOU?!!!" In a super crappy tone. When my wife explained she was there to pick up her bouquets, Rita said, "oh I'm sorry, I thought you were part of that stupid bridal party." My wife said that Rita was asleep in that room. Weird. On top of all this, when my wife received the flowers they were subpar at best. Some of the flowers were missing pedals, the daisys were wilted, and it was wrapped in ribbon that looked like scotch tape. After my wife showed me (and after she cried for a while) we brought the flowers to Kroger and they couldn't believe we paid for these bouquets. Thank God for Kroger! They took out the wilted ones, added greenery (as there was none) and wrapped them appropriately. We let Matt know of everything that happened via phone call and all he had to say was, "Well I'm not sure what happened between yesterday and today but they looked fine to me." We told Matt we were extremely disappointed, not only with the bouquets, but with the unprofessionalism from Rita. Matt did nothing. We decided to just let it be as we didn't want it to ruin our special day. Never heard back from Matt, Rita, or anyone from this business. We still had a wonderful day, no thanks to this business. The weird thing is...on top of all of this...when I went to write this review on Yelp, Matt must have deleted his old yelp account, because there were zero reviews. But the reason we found them was their good yelp reviews. Weird. Do not use this service. Trust us!!!
