I called to see if they could deliver an arrangement today. Mind you, this was the first day anything in Denton was open after a significant ice storm. I spoke with Megan, who told me they could deliver today. She was very nice, found out exactly what I wanted, and my mother-in-law is thrilled. She said the flowers are gorgeous and she loves them. The roads and sidewalks are still treacherous in Denton, so it would have been understandable if they couldn't deliver today, but I'm very grateful that they did. read more

I've been to several different florist's in the Denton area, I think Bloomfield has the best combination of high quality flowers and good, consistent service. They always have good pre-made arrangements and they can of course make a custom arrangement for you. They also sell decorations and other things here. I've only bought flowers here. My wife has always really enjoyed these flowers. You can definitely tell that the flowers they sell here are gorgeous and you can't compare it to the flowers you buy at a grocery store. I'm very disappointed. I ordered my mom flowers to be delivered for Valentine's Day and had to cancel my order because they would not be delivered on time as promised. I had called and ordered flowers to be delivered a whole week prior Valentine's Day and even called them back to confirm 4 days prior because I had a bad feeling. Instructions were to deliver by 1pm at her work because they leave early on Friday. They assured me that wouldn't be a problem. After calling my mom at 1:15pm and her not mentioning the flowers, I had a bad feeling. I immediately call Bloomfield, spoke to Charlotte, the same person I had spoke to the last two times and asked her if they've been sent. At first she couldn't even find my order and then after being put on hold said they would be going out on the next truck.
