I called to see if they could deliver an arrangement today. Mind you, this was the first day anything in Denton was open after a significant ice storm. I spoke with Megan, who told me they could deliver today. She was very nice, found out exactly what I wanted, and my mother-in-law is thrilled. She said the flowers are gorgeous and she loves them. The roads and sidewalks are still treacherous in Denton, so it would have been understandable if they couldn't deliver today, but I'm very grateful that they did.

They had clothing at 40% off and a 50% off table. I'm a gift giver but always looking for a deal. This for me was the negative. Overpriced. The 50% final price is what I would pay full price for. Then as I pursued the rest of the shop everything was overpriced. It's not for me but as far as the flower arrangement I will definitely get my future flowers there. When I ordered them they let me know they were getting a fresh shipment and asked if I could do a later pickup. Absolutely and so worth it! So happy!

Matt was nice and the price was fair. Matt uses the same space as a wedding venue called Feragne Villa. Matt had good reviews on yelp and seemed legitimate. So...day of the wedding, 9am my wife goes to pick up the flowers and there is another wedding party, fully dressed in the middle of getting ready. My wife, who apologized for interrupting their special day, knocked on the door to one of the rooms and this lady named Rita screams at my wife, "CAN I HELP YOU?!!!" In a super crappy tone. When my wife explained she was there to pick up her bouquets, Rita said, "oh I'm sorry, I thought you were part of that stupid bridal party." My wife said that Rita was asleep in that room. Weird. On top of all this, when my wife received the flowers they were subpar at best. Some of the flowers were missing pedals, the daisys were wilted, and it was wrapped in ribbon that looked like scotch tape. After my wife showed me (and after she cried for a while) we brought the flowers to Kroger and they couldn't believe we paid for these bouquets. Thank God for Kroger! They took out the wilted ones, added greenery (as there was none) and wrapped them appropriately. We let Matt know of everything that happened via phone call and all he had to say was, "Well I'm not sure what happened between yesterday and today but they looked fine to me." We told Matt we were extremely disappointed, not only with the bouquets, but with the unprofessionalism from Rita. Matt did nothing. We decided to just let it be as we didn't want it to ruin our special day. Never heard back from Matt, Rita, or anyone from this business. We still had a wonderful day, no thanks to this business. The weird thing is...on top of all of this...when I went to write this review on Yelp, Matt must have deleted his old yelp account, because there were zero reviews. But the reason we found them was their good yelp reviews. Weird. Do not use this service. Trust us!!!

When I got there it was fairly early so it was empty for the most part with plenty of parking! (Around 11a on a weekday) I was seated immediately and given the seasonal tea menu as well as the regular to look at. There are sooo many tea options! I ended up getting a tea tray with just a mini pot of tea (I usually don't drink more than 1-2 cups and the mini pot is 3). My seasonal tea came out right away. My tiered tray came out a little later. The tea sandwiches were cucumber and dill (a classic, my fave!), chicken salad on a homemade roll (the bread was super fresh), a Gouda one (which was okay but not my fave haha), and the Ole (that one had beets in it so not my thing). The desserts were brownie and cinnamon cake (?) with 2 scones. The service was great. The employees constantly came over to check on me. And they even gave me the other tea I was going to try to take with me in a to go cup at no cost. It was a lovely experience. I was there about an hour. However, it's just a background theme, if that's not something you're into. The food was all delicious, and an ample amount, beautifully presented! I could tell that it was homemade. We had the "high tea" menu selection, and it filled me up as lunch. The tables are set with matching china, goblets, fresh flowers, tablecloths, and cloth napkins. Each person gets their own cute little teapot with their choice from a wide selection of teas. The service was attentive and friendly, without being intrusive. Some people dress up and wear hats, if you'd like to do that.
