Had a florists in Michigan that always delivered great flowers and wanted someone in Texas that I could go to. Flower mound will be my home for years to come, but don't know if I should give them my future business. Worse than the product was the customer service. When I called to address the issue, I was interrupted, talked over, yelled at, and hung up on. The owner was defensive, dismissive, and aggressively rude. Anyone reading this should take a moment to scroll through the business's responses to negative Google reviews--that alone tells you everything you need to know. Bloom Around will NEVER stand behind their product when there are issues and instead they treat customers with open contempt. Do not trust them with your money or your meaningful moments.

I rarely call, choosing instead to just do things online. But this was such a special occasion and such a huge accomplishment for my sister I wanted things to be just perfect. I spoke with "Sandy" and told her what I was thinking. She was so personable, and seemed genuinely excited for my sister! She gave me some great ideas, and as I usually do with anyone creative I gave her a price range and deferred to her. Before delivering, she sent me photos and it was beyond anything I could have dreamed. I love it when this happens, especially when I'm so far away and have to rely on someone unknown to me. You could tell the poor things were NOT FRESH, had been made days ago and had been sitting in a fridge for a long time. They had freezer burn and were wilting and browning all over the edges, with noticeable places where the badly wilted leaves had just been yanked off but large petal shards could still be seen. It's Mother's Day, I know you're busy but this is the one day you need to get things right. Will not order from here again. Such poor value for the price I paid for it, and where else was I going to go get a replacement last minute? When questioned about the discrepancy, they state their flowers are beautiful and no refunds or credits. Talked to Christina at Devin's about 30 minutes before they closed. Christina was very helpful and patient while I figured out what we wanted. I then wasn't sure what I wanted the message to say, and she said I could think it over and let her know. I called Saturday morning and gave her the message for the card. Christina was ready to take down the message and make sure it got put with the flowers we ordered. The flowers were delivered by noon Saturday and were gorgeous! Ordering from Devin Designs was a great experience, and I will definitely order again when we need flowers.
