This was my first time at Provided Coffee and I have to say, I was very impressed with my experience here. Not only was my cappuccino with oat milk made to perfection, my husband and I were instantly treated like family upon arrival. The place itself is small and quaint and it is decorated so beautifully. There is a homey feel to it with a vintage modern vibe going on that I absolutely love. There is greenery everywhere and a very comfy couch which I was invited to sit on and enjoy a game of Super Mario on a Nintendo switch. What a rush LOL the owners were so pleasant and down to earth. They conversed with us in a way that made my husband and I feel as though we'd known them for a long time. We do not live in NC anymore, but if we are ever in Charlotte again anytime soon, we will definitely be making another trip to Provided Coffee!

My new favorite coffee shop! Friendly staff. Great syrups. Cool vibe. Great location convenient to the hospitals.

Coffee doesn't taste good and ambience is not looking like a cafe. Service is great. They will bring your coffee to your table.

More of this, please. Little vibey independent coffee shop tucked away near 4th ward park. The iced americano was 10/10.

It used to be at Romare Bearden Park and I think that's the when it was at its best. After that, it moved to a random parking lot and then most recently to BB&T Ballpark. The number of vendors has gone down significantly. They added a lights display last year which was kind of cool. They also started charging an entrance fee. I might go back if it goes back to being free, but I definitely don't think it's worth paying to get into.

The market was crowded in a small parking lot with very small stands for vendors. It was very crowded so it was hard to go in and check all the stands. Some were empty, they weren't too many to begin with. I even witnessed somebody breaking an ornament inside a stand, a first for me! Holiday craziness, I guess? More like lack of space. The decorations were minimal and subdued, Santa was crawling along to take his place in his house, guess he was on a break? Prices were high for the merchandise on sale. I got a cheese strudel, a parmesan pretzel and 2 hot apple ciders (small sizes) for $23? Seriously? They ran out of cherry and apple strudels and I settled for cheese, left with no choices. It was the worst I ever had, I couldn't taste the marzipan, the cheese was barely any, no raisins or anything, pretty bland. The market is free and for what they have to offer, they better not charge admission. Worst Christmas market I ever visited! And the smallest!

The decor is modern & chic with comfortable spots to settle in for work or visits with friends. There's free parking behind the building. I want to start by saying that I typically enjoy drinks from Haraz. I was excited about the new…read morelocation opening and decided to stop by this morning for a Strawberry Cloud Matcha. I had recently tried this drink at another Haraz location and loved it so much that I officially considered myself a matcha drinker. When I received my drink, I noticed it looked much pinker than it had at the other locations I'd visited. I assumed it had just been mixed and that the usual layers of matcha, strawberry, and whipped cloud had blended together, so I didn't think much of it. However, after taking my first sip in the car, it immediately tasted like strawberry milk. Since I was on my way to work, I kept drinking it, expecting the matcha flavor to come through, but it never did. It was disappointing because the drink was nothing like the one I've had several times at other Haraz locations. I hope this location places an emphasis on training and consistency so the drinks meet the same standard as the rest of the Haraz locations. On a positive note, the staff members were kind, welcoming, and greeted me as soon as I walked in.
