Chicken mole enchiladas
India V.

Walking in the restaurant is colorful and bright with plenty of seating. We ordered the chicken mole enchiladas, since I heard that their mole is what they are known for. It was tasty but personally for me it was too sweet. I did like that they put cheese on the sour cream, it made it extra flavorful. We also ordered the Birria quesadilla. We loved it! It was flavorful, tender and full of meat, probably one of the best quesadillas we've had! Our server was super nice and offered that I could get something but we were already full. Would definitely come back to try some other stuff and for that quesadilla!

Such a cute cozy place with a small patio outside!

Our first time at Provecho and we loved it so much. Thanks to our friends Howard and Karen who took us there. The food was amazing as well as the service. It was like visiting an old friend's place. My chicken quesadilla was so good. The favor of the chicken was unlike any Mexican food I have ever tried. Hubby had a Burria burrito which he really enjoyed. Our friends had pollo cream and a shrimp quesadilla. Everything tasted so good. We had the basket of chips and salsa and of course a traditional margarita which was fantastic! Definitely will be back!

Birria taco

Recommended by a local business, we came here for lunch. Inside and outside seating. We weren't super hungry and glad to know we can order their tacos à la carte. I got the mahi mahi taco which was super fresh and the grilled onions were a perfect pairing. My friend got the birria taco with the crispy taco and dipping sauce. That truly was the star!! Love that they use family recipes.

Good food - even better people! I've been here twice now - they are under new ownership as of a year or two I believe. Margaritas are delicious - the flight is a great option too. Birria quesadilla and their homemade chips are my go to. See you soon!

Wonderful lunch experience here today! We came in around 11:30 on a Saturday. We were immediately greeted by a friendly, welcoming, smiling face. She said we could sit anywhere and brought us menus and water. Our receipt stated her name was Delila, and she was an outstanding server! She let us know they were under new ownership since last year. It had been a few years since we were here last. We ordered chip, salsa and guacamole to start. Everything was delicious and fresh. The chips were crispy and not greasy at all. The salsa and guacamole was so fresh tasting, it seemed it was made to order. For entrees, my husband ordered Chilaquiles, from the brunch menu. I ordered a chicken quesadilla from the regular menu. Both entrees were delicious. The chicken in the quesadilla was grilled chicken breast, not shredded, which I loved. I'm not a fan of shredded chicken. I also asked for a side of sour cream. We were so full, we didn't have room for dessert. Maybe next time! This restaurant is located in a strip mall with plenty of parking in the parking lot, or nearby street parking. The parking lot has metered parking; however, there's a QR code you can scan in the restaurant lobby to get validated parking. Very nice, and easy to use. The restaurant inside has authentic decor and music. There are two dining rooms, one with a bar. They also have a small outdoor dining patio available. Prices are a bit high for chips, salsa and guacamole, but they were made fresh and I don't mind paying if the portions are matching the price tag. It was definitely enough to be a full meal. I do think the side of sour cream was a bit high since I could buy a 16 oz container for the same 1/3 cup I was served. Overall we were beyond pleased with our experience here today. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend!

Black berry margarita and mango margarita

My mom took me here to eat for the first time last night. From the second we walked up we were greeted by the staff. The owner came to the table multiples times to chat and check on things. It wasn't too busy and service was fast. Super friendly staff and people that came in. I ordered a blackberry margarita and it had blackberry pieces in it which was amazing! The ambiance was fun and friendly! I also got a prickly pear margarita and that was the most amazing thing ever. Our food was delicious and I would highly recommend this place.

I had read nothing but good things about this place and wanted to give it a try! Stopped in early afternoon and was greeted right away and found a seat. Parking was easy and you just scan the QR code inside the door for two free hours which is very nice in downtown Vancouver... I ordered the chips and salsa which were fresh and delicious! They recommended the Mole so I tried the mole enchiladas and I'm so glad I did! It was not like any mole I've had before, mildly sweet and sooo tasty! Everything was outstanding and I will definitely be back! Also their margaritas are outstanding!

Barbacoa Special

The Barbacoa Special. The absolute bomb. Pork ribs, slow cooked in banana leaves with corn tortillas, rice, pickled onions and quac. So good. The happy hour margaritas are simple and classic. Cute place too.

Birria tacos

The staff was amazing! The service was great! All smiles and the owner made personal recommendations which were incredible. We got the mole chicken, birria tacos, and a margarita flight of passion fruit, mango, and raspberry. Everything was amazing. My wife's only complaint is she was too full! Haha we will definitely be back.

House made chips and salsa.

Awesome view Great food…read moreFriendly courteous staff Went for lunch on a Tuesday. Was greeted by a very lovely young lady who let us have our choice of tables. Our server Kathryn was polite and courteous, even when we asked about the selection of non-alcoholic beers. She let us know the QR code on the table had them listed, but still recited the list. (We were thankful for that as we're not QR code friendly. Some establishments don't update the online menu and are out of advertised items , making the whole experience pointless) We asked for Kathryn's recommendations and based on that we ordered the blackened mahi mahi tacos and the halibut fish and chips. Plus two deschutes hazy ipa non alcoholic beers. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Well prepared and delicious. The halibut fish and chips were perfectly crispy on the outside , tender and moist on the inside. The spirally wedge fries were perfectly cooked and well seasoned. The blackened mahi mahi tacos were flavorful and cooked to perfection. The dining room provided a great view of the River and made for a great conversation environment. On our way out, the manager Mimi wished us well and we stopped and chatted with her for more than a few minutes. She seemed genuinely interested in our experience and where we were from and hoped to see us return. A truly lovely woman. Thanks for a great dining experience! Don't think twice about eating here. You will love it.

The chicken was hard to cut and was beyond bland. My server offered to replace it, but I considered the rest of their menu. Nearly every dish has at least two sauces or flavored mayo, so my guess was that the dish would not be better. My server seemed like he didn't want to be there. I will not be back.

Our food was outstanding! We ordered a brie that had a fabulous fig sauce on top and then also we ordered a burger. That was absolutely incredible! We originally found the Sedgwick on a cold winter's night in 2023. We stopped in for what we planned was a quick appetizer and drink. We ended up staying for dinner at the bar. The bar is well lit and very classy. The staff is dressed appropriately. Drinks are very good but do take a minute to craft. They are on the pricy side. The food is absolutely wonderful. Truly. Excellent food, excellent chef. However, for the portion size, it's pricey. One can understand they are doing this intentionally to maintain a higher class of patrons but the tab was a bit jarring. We've been back a couple times, took friends once. They enjoyed it but they too, did mention the prices. Great place in the heart of downtown. We'll be back. Hopefully they'll adjust portions to match their pricing.

It made an already special night feel truly unforgettable. Our waiter, Scott, was fantastic and funny--he made the entire evening so memorable! Pro tip: Do yourself a favor and specifically ask for Scott when you make your reservation. We ordered from the Prime Hour menu, which is an absolute bargain. You get to choose between soup or salad, two different entrees, and two different desserts. We both went with the seafood Tagliatelle, and wow. It was so rich, generously loaded with halibut, scallops, shrimp, and prosciutto in an incredible lemon pasta sauce. Note for future diners: They do automatically include a 20% service charge on the bill. However, Scott's service was so exceptional that we happily tipped extra on top of it. Save your pennies, do yourself a favor, and book a table ASAP. You won't regret it!

My steak was very good though the outside was a little crispier than I like it. I have eaten Argentinian steak before at another restaurant so i guess this is how it is cooked in Argentina. The mac and cheese was very good though the macaroni noodles seem way large. Service was impeccable and you do get what you pay. Noise level was moderate.
