I waited a few weeks and tried again and finally got in touch with Manuel at Stone Polish. We settled on a date and I confirmed the day earlier to make sure he was still coming. He messaged me back quickly and the next day he showed up 20 minutes early. We discussed the situation and the process for repairing the granite behind the sink. About two hours later he was finished. It's significantly better than what it was. There were a number of granite chunks and pieces that were loose plus, some of the metal reinforcement was so bad, it had disintegrated. Manuel reused some of the larger pieces and used epoxy to blend in some of the other areas. All in all, we're very happy with the outcome. Manuel was very personable and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

The yep was really nice and overall I think he did a good job (the smell is a lot so I didn't get to really inspect yet) But before he left I pointed out that paint was removed from the walls. I took photos of the few that I could see before he sealed the room. When I called the company they said in the fine print there is a note that they are not responsible for any damage to the walls. I just had this bath redone so it's not an old paint issue! So now I'm going to pay $400 for a small bathtub to be reglazed and have to hire a painter to come out and smooth and repaint the walls. Needless to say shit customer service!!

We spent about 30K on the flooring after they up-charged us on concrete to level the floors because if we didn't then the warranty would not be in place. Within a year the flooring by my pantry started to come apart. We ignored it but after a while we found more flooring has come apart going into the living room and hallway. I finally called My Flooring Guy for help. They told me the warranty on their work only lasted a year. The 30 year warranty was by the manufacturer. However they would have someone call me to see if it was covered. No one called. I called again. This time they gave me an email address to send pictures of the problem. I did so but again no answer. These floors were supposed to last but apparently they don't and this company doesn't stand by their work. Do not go with this company or you will regret it. I will be having someone come out to try to fix my floors and will look into legal action if possible. So much money wasted. Thanks for nothing My Flooring Guy.

Definitely a Positive Experience!!! I had a bathroom that people had just given too high of estimates for the work, and most suggested just redoing the entire bathroom... After I had done a new paint Job, replaced the windows... The only thing left was the tub and sink, that no matter how much I cleaned it, the paint and gloss had been cracked and in worne condition. I though about a new bath tub, but that was about $1200. I called these guys, and they left my tub and sink looking like NEW** .. It save me the money from spending so much on a new tub, and saved me the money on the sink... It looks great it looks amazing!!! And the guys Provided AMAZING customer service!!! Protub Refinishing was recommended to me by a friend who has used them extensively. I have a tile shower that was badly in need of updating. I can't say enough good about Miguel. He did the work in a timely manner, was thorough and cleaned up nicely when he was done. About 6 weeks later a minor issue arose. Miguel came out and took care of the issue the next day. I read some of the negative comments and all I can say is I did not experience any customer service issue. Miguel is competent and always has a smile on his face. We had a few estimates done for a two bathroom remodel. The prices were outrageous!!! A friend of ours suggested reglazing and painting instead of doing a full remodel. After some research on what reglazing actually is and what it entails we went ahead and scheduled an appointment with Miguel, still not sure this was the way to go but after seeing the before and after photos and his assurance we would not regret this my husband and I said Yes!!! We did some research on yelp for a refinishing company and even went outside or local area. Yelp is the go to for projects we have done in the past. Our yellowish fiberglssd stand up shower was in need of an upgrade. It was a bit difficult getting a hold of protub by phone so we emailed them instead and received a quick response. I had this company out a year and half ago to do my tub after communicating only thru text he did my tub with a 3 year warranty but the bottom cracked I tried to hire them to come do my other showering repair the crack and he never got back with me he just left me hanging.
