I have a family member who had to refinish her tub 3 times so I am very careful and picky about whom I chose. I did my homework on yelp and called several places, plus watching tons of YouTube videos to learn the process of how to maintain reglazed tubs. The other vendors were quick with words and are complimented for their great customer service skills per yelp etc but I went with my gut and boy was I glad. He was on time, respectful, and walked very quietly around the home since I have a baby. He taped everything so neatly as seen in pictures and the glazed tub and my tiles were as good as new. No need for a new bathroom paint job. HUGE TIP: I recommend paying a little more for the nonslip bottom. It will atract hair n dirt easier but if you have older ppl or kids, this is very safe n still beautiful. You cannot have those sticky suction mats once you reglaze tubs btw. I waited 4 weeks before this review btw. I finally saw how my ugly uneven tiles ( now awesomely white) had a tiny black hairline if viewed on the underside.
