Eric did an incredible job on our bathtub. He took the time to properly prep and get the tub ready for spraying. He ventilated the room to ensure the smell was contained and did not fumigate the entire house. In my previous experience, the smell was so bad we had to move out for four days. Eric said that is not normal and he was right! Our condo is small and we cannot smell anything anywhere else in the house. He even worked on World Cup soccer Sunday, which honestly impressed me so much. The fact that he has such a strong work ethic makes me respect him as a business owner so much more! Thank you Eric for renewing our tub!!! read more

We couldn't be more happy with the experience we had with Bathtub Restore. Eric showed up on time and stayed late to finish up the work. He is very knowledgeable and showed us why our tub started peeling. The last time we had this done, there was a residue all over the bathroom that took months to finally get rid of. Eric came back a few days later to put the finishing touches on the tub and made it look brand new! I would recommend him to anyone needing tub repairs! read more

I had a crack in my bathtub and wasn't sure if I should get it fixed or just buy a new tub. I got a repair estimate from Bathtub Restore. They were professional, courteous, and very responsive with communication. They explained the problem and how they would fix it and I felt comfortable with what they were saying. On the day of the job they came on time, completed the job in the time frame they said they would and left the place in the same condition as before, i.e. they cleaned up after themselves. While doing the work they invited me to take a look to see their progress and explained what they were doing. In the end I'm happy with the job they did and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. read more

We purchased a house that had two bathroom showers reglazed (by someone else) as part of the remodel to sell the house. But unfortunately they were not done well by this other company and needed to be striped and reglazed. So I searched for a company that would do a good reglazing job and would stand behind their warranty. I chose Eric with Bathtub Restore because he was listed with the Better Business Bureau. He has a business license, is bonded and insured. I checked his reviews and they were all good. I compared him to other companies and their reviews. Other companies had reviews that mentioned peeling and an owner who did not respond to them when they called on their warranty. Eric does the work himself so he makes sure he does it right. He wants his company to succeed. From the start he talked about the process of preparing the tub and tile for reglazing. It has to be done right or the reglazing will peel. Eric came on time, was very polite, and he put down plastic to keep the floor clean. He spent a long time scraping off the reglazing done by another company that had been done before the sale of the house. Eric covered the walls and floor around the tub and tile making sure there was no overspray on the walls or floor. When he was finished it looked great. He explained that we should not use it for three days so that the reglazing can harden properly. He gave us a warranty and information on cleaning. The next day he called to make sure everything was ok. Unfortunately part of the paper covering the wall had fallen overnight and the tape had stuck to the new finish making 3 tiny marks on the new finish. When I explained this to Eric he was very responsive and he came the following week to repair it. I highly recommend Eric. He works hard, does a good job and STANDS BEHIND HIS WARRANTY. read more

My son rents a house in Corona and is about to move back to the Pasadena area. The kitchen sink was chipped and cracked, in addition to being unsightly. He's rough on things and when I asked him he said he washed some car parts in there. (Turns out the sink was already damaged before he moved in) at any rate, wanting his father to get as much of his deposit back as possible , I put out a few inquiries. Bathtub Restore was one of the first to bid. There were a few others. Bathtub Restore came in quite reasonable to the point I was slightly skeptical. I spoke to Eric and read the other reviews of his company. All I can say is THE BEST, THE BEST, THE BEST. Not only did he quote reasonably, he arrived on time , was efficient , and completely professional. His work is outstanding. He is a star. I recommend him highly, highly, highly. Did I mention how great he is? Would hire him again. read more
