When we arrived, we were greeted by a young man who was ready to help. Since we were just browsing, we had a look around. They don't have a ton of options at this location (they have another on Phillips). When we looked at kids bike prices, it gave me a bit of pause. The "cheapest" one we found was over $400 (maybe I'm old, maybe I'm cheap, I don't know), but I wasn't expecting to pay over $400 for a bike. In the meantime, all the staff looked knowledgeable, were able to answer any questions, and they do repairs in house, so this would be a great location to get your bike serviced at.

The day before I placed my order, I called customer service and asked my last questions. The customer service rep answered my questions professionally and clearly. They obviously know what they are talking about, including what bikes they have in stock and how heavy they are in comparison to each other. I ordered my bike with pro-build, and it actually came within the week. This is very impressive, as they had to build my bike and ship it from FL to NY. It came in a huge box, and was easy to assemble. The only problem I had was that I ordered my bike with bullhorn handlebars, but it came with drop handlebars already attached. I emailed them, and they responded within a few hours, saying they will send me the replacement bullhorn handlebars. In short, I am extremely impressed with the customer service from Road Bike Outlet. If I ever need another bike or accessories, I will definitely buy from them again.

I called back and spoke to Jeff and explained my situation. He said they're really busy and wouldn't be able to get to it today. I asked about next weekend or the weekend after.
