I came across Protein House while out on a walk, and I'm so glad we did. My husband and I always struggle to find restaurants with truly healthy options, but this place exceeded our expectations. The menu had so much variety. from pancakes and shakes to salads and wrap. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in explaining everything. I ordered the Thai chicken wrap with a side of sweet potato mash, and absolutely loved it. the sauce was so good I wish they sold it separately to take home. The atmosphere was bright, welcoming, and filled with motivational quotes that made the experience even better. We'll definitely be coming back.

Killer keto for dinner

As a 47 year old going into perimenopause I learned what your eating is so important. This place provides not only fresh but good tasting meals. Also customer service is key to me and Ian,Dayah and JJ the cook were so kind considering it was 7am in the morning. I moved to Gilbert from California and have found it hard to find places that taste good and this place never disappoints me. This place is one of my favorite places especially since I am going through changes. I don't cook and the chef here always cooks my food perfect and never burnt and today the chef split up my order and still made it look amazing. It's nice to know they care 100% and it's not phony it's true understanding it blew my mind how they helped me with adding supplements to my drink to help me feel better. Seriously thank you

You have to love a restaurant that commits to the value proposition!!!! Proteinhouse does just that by centering a menu around healthy food that can help you on your fitness goals without sacrificing taste. Their touchscreen ordering system enables you to take your time making your selection as you peruse through their many offerings. The decor is centered around fitness and they fully commit by offering sodas that match that health promise. Some of you might be saying "where's the Coca Cola" and to those of you that say that I say "you're missing the point." The customer that they lose by not offering sugary poison products they will more than overcome by developing raving fans.

We have been coming here since it opened. I think it's changed hands a couple times with owners and it keeps improving. Every time we went there for protein shakes and a little protein snack we snacked on the sweet potato brownies and the chocolate chip cookie bowls. they were amazing. It was pretty busy and a lot of people were eating the food so I'm sure it is great. We will be back. They were very cautious of my daughter's date Allergy, which I really appreciated and they have gluten-free options. Their menu is huge and it's full of healthy meal options or pre-gym meals or even after the gym protein shake.

Decided to stop in for breakfast, it was pretty empty with only one person waiting for the meal. We ordered the breakfast sandwich and the breakfast burrito. Very pleased with the choices of condiments available to put on your food, in addition salsa came with both meals which was surprisingly spicy. Everything was clean and well stocked.

This Protein house is located off Higley Rd. The positives are they do have their calorie counts and macros on their website: http://www.protein-house.com/menu/ The neutrals/negatives are their burgers are on the smaller side. We got the PH burger, Aloha burger, and Ninja burger (see photos). The chicken in the Aloha burger and tuna in the Ninja burger did not fill the bun. At more than $10 a burger, I think you need to get more bang for your buck. I ate both the PH burger and Aloha burger and still was hungry after a borderline active day. Everything tasted fine but just more for your money is what I was expecting

Clean, fresh and simple. The way you would eat if you had time to prepare every meal. So glad that I was introduced to this gem!

I decided on the Go Green smoothie. It was just ok probably because it tasted very healthy, haha. The prices are on the high side.

Based on the ingredients and calorie count, I ordered the Go Green: graviola, banana, spinach, kale, dates, mint, organic spirulina, and almond milk for $8.79 and only 220 calories. There were a couple of young ladies working. One made the smoothie and the other one seemed to be wiping down the cutting boards. It was kinda bizarre as she barely touched the cutting boards with her towel and the boards were clearly not cleaned at all. She then just disappeared. The one making the smoothie was struggling big time shaking the blender pretty hard the entire time. She was struggling so much to get the smoothie into the cup and I saw her using her hand to get it out. Thank goodness she was wearing gloves but she was touching the blender the whole time! I even asked her to use a spatula but nope. The smoothie was ok, I could taste bits of what I assumed was the graviola. It was extremely filling and 4.5 hours later I'm still full. I like their menu but probably won't return to this location due to the lack of cleaning and sanitizing practices here.

They serve fresh…read moreGreek yogurt almost like an ice cream bar, you can order a small, medium, or large, take home just the Greek yogurt, or build your own parfait with all the toppings. My current obsession is their new Mango Sticky Rice parfait. OMG. It is SO GOOD! Fresh mango, coconut, and that creamy Greek yogurt together are just perfection. I honestly can't even describe how good it is!! you just have to try it. Their Greek yogurt flavors are phenomenal too. They have everything from strawberry and lemon to good old-fashioned vanilla, plus different flavors to try depending on what you're in the mood for. Another thing I absolutely love about this place is that it goes beyond the yogurt. Inside, they carry products from local vendors and so many fresh and natural items....milk, cheeses, drinks, and other goodies you can take home. I love being able to support a local business that also supports other local businesses. I seriously wish we had MORE places like this instead of so many commercial, overly processed options everywhere. Fresh, local, delicious, and something you can actually feel good about eating. This place is such a gem!

Unfortunately, I had just eaten and wasn't in the mood for it at that moment, but I plan to return to try them. The staff behind the counter greeted us upon entering and informed us that because it was close to closing, he had already started putting away some of the yogurt but would gladly bring out the flavors I wanted to sample. I thanked him and let him know we were just there for raw milk. I appreciate that they have a market with so many local goods from raw milk, honey, sauces, and more!

HAPPILY EVER AFTER…read more.. Came here for the grand opening in the late afternoon and couldn't eat dinner afterwards! I mean that in a good way. The bowls are hefty and full, so they fill you up. if you are going to get full, you might as well get full on goodness of healthy ingredients. The bowls are constructed with care and neatly arranged to make it as delightful to look at as they taste. It is nice that they have signature bowls on the menu for those indecisive, choosy people. But you can freestyle your bowl to customize what ingredients you want as well. The Pitaya base was like a sorbet / ice cream and the chia seed pudding was not slimy or weird, but added a nice parfait texture. They both went well together in the BLUE LAGOON bowl which was overall very refreshing, especially on a warm day. There are 2 sizes of bowls, Regular and Large but the Regular size is 16 ounces! A whole pound of food! So that is plenty for one person. The Large is definitely a shareable size (24 oz). Sharing is caring so you can bring a group here. I can see this place being a hang out, as there is quite a bit of space with tables inside and also a patio area. If you are new to Acai Bowls, you might think it is pricy for 1 portion, but you get what you pay for. You pay almost $10 for a fast food meal that is processed junk. But by spending a little more, at least you are eating healthy and get surprisingly stuffed (with possible leftovers) from the bowls. This place can be good for a morning boost with offerings such as smoothies and toast. Or even come here for dessert, make it a happy ending. There are ice cream sandwiches for purchase. But, why not normalize smoothies and acai bowls for dessert? How you feel is a direct result of what you put into your body. Across the parking lot is McDonalds like the devil, and the angel, Everbowl, both on your shoulders. Which one is enticing you? Do yourself and your family a favor, choose the health of your loved ones so they will have an Unbelieve-a-bowl Happily Ever After.
