If you live in Arizona, you know once those hotter months roll in, sometimes the last thing you want is a heavy hot meal for dinner. A cold, refreshing bowl just hits differently after being out in the heat all day. Everything tastes super fresh, especially the fruit. It can take a while for everything to be prepared, especially if there's others ordering as well. read more

Oh my gosh so disappointed again. This Nekter is just so inconsistent. We ordered a Peanut butter bowl. It was so drenched in peanut butter like an inch thick layer. Yuck! I had them remake the bowl and the bowls were two different colors, two different flavors. The employees in here seem to always make me feel like I'm interrupting them. Service is just not welcoming or friendly. This is the closest location to my house but going to have to find another Nekter to visit. The waffles were on a different visit to this location and it was so different than the other locations we have been to. It was drenched in jam but the other location had waffles that looked completely different. It was soggy and gross. Ugh twice we have been less than impressed. read more

This juice bar is often overlooked because of the many food options nearby. It's important however, that you don't miss this great smoothie and açaí bar! Nekter exceeds expectations for pressed or fresh squeezed juices, açaí bowls, or smoothies. The employees there are nice and consistently provide welcoming service. Seating is limited but I love coming to this location for a nice smoothie and then take it to get tacos next door! Yep, I actually think the smoothies here and tacos next door to them make a fantastic pairing on the palate! read more

Service was great and she made sure she got a few of our adjustments correct. Absolutely love their Blueberry Almond butter smoothie, our teenager loved the Collagen Glow Getter, and our younger ones enjoyed a mango smoothie. I do feel like it's a bit of a splurge coming here. Store was clean and well organized. read more

Lexi is awesome! She had patience with all my questions! Got a free drink for being a veteran! Awesome experience.

I placed a to-go order and immediately noticed that my usual order looked completely different. I ordered a PB&J bowl, which normally includes peanut butter pudding. Instead, my bowl contained dried chia seeds in place of the pudding. Ava M., who took my order, prepared it, and later addressed my concern, told me that this was how it was supposed to be. I explained that I order this item regularly and it has never been served this way. She insisted that sometimes the pudding is liquid and sometimes it is thick, but this was not pudding at all. This experience was extremely disappointing. If the peanut butter pudding was unavailable, the proper and professional response would have been to inform me so I could choose a different option. Serving a substitute without explanation and then dismissing a valid concern shows a lack of honesty and customer care. I expect better communication and transparency, especially from a place I've ordered from many times. read more

This will be the last time I go to this location because the service was horrible and my smoothie is disgusting. The girls didn't greet me at all and my smoothie is basically unflavored ice. What a waste of $12. read more

The young lady working was extremely unfriendly- she seemed either very stressed out or just rude. My order was incorrect and she just said sorry I forgot and kept making smoothies. I should definitely be refunded for this. I love Nékter but this was a terrible experience. If I'm paying $10 for a smoothie it should be correct and with good service read more

Horrible location! All I want is a fucking PB Mocha but every time I order one it taste like dog shit with no sweetener or too much coffee concentrate. I used to love this place but now every time I go by it's a disappointment and waste of my money. I now order from a different location from someone who taught them how to make a fucking PB Mocha correctly. read more

Stopped by for a smoothie. I wanted protein but the workers were unable to tell me if it was gluten free. I asked to see what protein they use but they said it wasn't received in original packaging. I think this is important that they know this for future orders! Appreciate the help and service, smoothie was delicious. read more

This spot is a hit and miss. Not sure if we are going to get our orders right. Loud spot ... Loud music on top of loud juicer, and smoothie makers. They have good offerings... Good selections. Buuut if I am paying an arm and a leg, oh and my new born too, for something I didn't order... 8 out of 10 times we order, why even bother???? It's like Russian Roulette up in here. Ordered banana berry burst, it is missing banana and cashew milk. Took it to the counter to get it remade... Forget about it! They will argue with you that it is there. LMAO. That's how good of a customer service they provide you. Zero stars, if it's available. That's what they've earned themselves. read more

Any idea why when I try to order online it tries to draw from a gift card long ago instead of by my card which is in your system and on file and works at every other Nekter and business? Giving you five stars bc I like the company, not this situation. Frustrated and would be in there daily if we can get this to work. read more

Tipped in advance on the app for a pick up order. Arrived and was not acknowledged at all by the employee behind the counter cutting fruit. I stood at the pick up area (I was the only customer in the place). For over two minutes waiting to be acknowledged. I could hear another couple employees right around the corner - one finally peeked out and saw me. She asked if I had a pick up and I said yes and gave my name. She grabbed my order out of the fridge and just said here you go. I felt unwelcome, unappreciated for the $12.00 drink and tip I gave in advance, and frankly like an inconvenience. How about this ? "Welcome to Nekter, do you have a pick up order? Someone will be right with you, my hands are full here as I'm finishing this up . . . Let me grab another employee (2 of which are 10 feet away) to grab your order !" Then whoever grabs my order says "Here is your order, enjoy ! Thanks for coming in" Apps are great - perhaps the tip in advance feature doesn't promote actually giving good customer service. Or perhaps it's just the culture of this Nektar. read more

Went in this morning at 11:30. After standing there for 5 min and before I ordered smoothie, the counter girl tells me it will be at least 30 min for an order. I ask why. She tells me her have too many online orders. How about you take care of customers standing in front on you? read more

I would mark a zero if I could! Stay clear from this location! They will pick and choose what they want to make you. Supposedly their unable To make Chia pudding parfait's at this location?? There were only two gals working when I went in. Took about 5 mins for one of them to tell me there will be a 20 min wait, I said it was fine. She wasn't so thrilled to be there and seemed very Annoyed she had to take my order. Took my order and I tried to pay w cash, then she proceeds to tell me she doesn't have enough change for a $20, but the sign on the counter stated no bills more than a $20. Anyhow, I paid w a cc instead. It took a total of 25 mins for one drink and it wasn't that busy. I only stopped in, after my appt next door. Based on the previous reviews, I'm unsure as to why they aren't improving their customer service and/or hiring more staff. These drinks arent exactly cheap either. I don't mind paying for a good & healthy drink, but wow, a little smile on your face goes a long way' read more

This is the closest Nekter we have access to and I always have problems trying to give them my money (place an order). For example: 1. I like the bowls and drinks here, but what was so already overpriced just got worse. I ordered 2 16oz. Orange Crush drinks...blended Orange juice, strawberries, agave and ice!! That's it!! 8.79 each over $18 for 2 simple drinks! I will not be back! read more

After having the best experience here, kept coming back for my usual (same drink every time: toxin flush with beet) unfortunately the girl who has been working here and making my drinks last couple times doesn't k ow what's she's doing. (The first guy was amazing) . They taste different every time and I dont get my usual over flow cup. Not to mention a repeated attitude. I watched her make my juice. Not sure what recipe card she was looking at, but she proceeded to "juice" the wrong ingredients which was confusing. At first I thought maybe an accident and she'll fix it. NOPE. Handed me my drink like everything was ok. Walked out and took one sip... immediately turned around because it was so off from what I'm so accustomed to. Someone else remade my order and it was spot on. read more

I had great service from the staff here and Alicia was truly pleasant at taking my order. Definitely would recommend!

Compared to other locations I've been to, this one is pretty average. The wait time is hit or miss, so just be prepared to wait longer if you come in at a busy time. Anytime I've entered the store and placed an order via the app, there never is any acknowledgment from the staff asking if I have placed an order or not. Are usually have to go in line to notify them that I am here for a mobile order, even if I'm waiting on the side where you pick up your order. The last time I came to this location and I placed an order online through the app. The wait time was supposed to be for 10 to 15 minutes, but I waited almost half an hour. The staff member was nice and upgraded me to a larger size, however the smoothie was not up to my expectations, especially since I generally order the same thing. Usually smoothies are a little bit thicker and colder, but the last time I was here, it was very, very, very watery and lukewarm. By that point I already waited for so long that I just took the "smoothies" I ordered and left. I think the biggest things this place could improve upon would be their customer service and consistency in the drinks they make. read more

ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I don't ever write reviews.. but this visit was so incredibly terrible, I almost laughed. Honestly, it was one of the worst "human" experiences I've had too. Employees were borderline functional. No eye contact, would not answer direct questions (this was the most shocking), and when I received only part of my order and asked if the last item was being made I had to ask multiple people, and the initial response was "let me see if you paid for that"... (I did eventually receive my final item, but it just took so many times asking that I almost laughed at how uninterested everyone was in talking to me/doing their jobs). Just really poor customer service, and whoever is hiring/training should be very worried.. read more

I usually have great experience but this time was awful enough to write about. I have an allergy to banana. I always tell them allergy to banana and they make it correctly. I swap bananas for pineapple so I can have something I'm not allergic to. Not only did they charge me to swap today banana for pineapple and usually they don't, they gave me pineapple and as I started to eat it, banana was underneath. I had to throw away a 13$ bowl. It's super disappointing when I called they were not overly apologetic when yes banana won't Jill me but my tongue and mouth go numb. The least they could do is apologize and be kind. I felt blamed. When I specifically say I'm allergic to banana. Just super disappointing. read more

I was very disappointed with the acai bowl I got from my last order. Usually, the bowls are filled up to the rim; however, this past time I went it was filled half way with barely any fruit and was very liquidy for being an acai bowl. I'm not sure what changed but today's bowl was just plain aweful and not the standard that I was used to seeing. I guess Nectar is simply following what the rest of the restaurant industry is doing with high prices and lower volume. I'll spend my $25.00 at the grocery store and make my own. I'm sure I can do a better job than what I received today. read more

Absolutely worst Nekter EVER - ugh im so sad that this is the only close location to my house. First complain - they don't take over the phone orders... why? Second complain - its always pretty messy/dirty looking in there. (Its in a really nice shopping center, why is this happening? Other than poor management and staff) Third complain - they move so damn slow... its SCARY. -2/10 read more

This place is great! I am an avid Nekter addict and I go to locations all around Arizona. This one is one of my personal favorites. They make the orders with pinpoint accuracy and really do help with the ordering process. Just don't be surprised if you order a drink or bowl with no agave, added sugar, or barely any fruit, and it tastes "healthy"... this place is no bs about their nutrition. Ask questions, staff doesn't bite, they're very helpful and attentive to my questions. read more

This location is awful. I love Nekter, but this location is absolutely garbage. The employees don't care and they are always out of everything. Last three experiences: - order a tropical bowl. I get it and they didn't put the coconut yogurt in it. I called them out so they out it in a side cup. Really? - ordered my wife some smoothie where strawberry is the main ingredient. I'm watching and see they don't put strawberries in it. I walk over when they finish it and ask and she says "oh we are out of those." Then maybe don't sell me a half a smoothie. That's awful. - they do a free spin and my wife and I get free shots. We go in and the kid behind the counter said he doesn't know how this works and won't give us the shots. We show him the codes and nothing. Avoid this location. Go to Queen Creek or Chandler. read more

Good acai bowls. I've had 2 different flavors & liked them both. They also have gluten free granola. Everything is fresh/natural. Great juice however the knowledge behind the counter is faltering. Today was the second time they just don't understand the rewards and what's worse they speak like it's a fact when they don't know what they are talking about. I recently switched from another "Juice Bar" establishment to Nékter because of your wider variety, value, and TASTE/FLAVOR! I've been happy with the products and the customer service has been efficient at other locations. Tonight was exceptionally outstanding because JACK ( at the 1907 E Williams Field Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85295 location) really made my night by being very friendly, genuine, hospitable, and going the extra mile! Jack really cheered me up after a long, tiring day! He was also working with another team member this evening, and he was very helpful as well - I didn't catch his name, but they both seem to have such a fun working together.
