They are not properly licensed to do high voltage security camera installed Buyer. Beware once I found out their install was not done properly. The experience I have with cell phones is uncommon given my sensory issues and poor self advocacy -…read morebut I did effectively make known and have repeated back two of my main points of cord length and hidden volume controls. Mike P is the name on the receipt and while he did level with me and curb most of the sales jargon and actually compare and contrast available phones with me he did flat out misinform me of those two main issues. it was expressed that the phone ha comes standard with a 6ft cord and that there are no known volume controls when in fact that rage inducing caveat comes built in! I don't even know what steps I could or should take given I paid money and walked out with not entirely what I asked for. the secret enforced mommy daddy controls over MY VOLUME ON MY HARDWARE was ultimately the deciding factor for a device for me and now I'm stuck paying almost $1000 for yet another device I ultimately do not want.

I would not recommend Hackett to my worst enemy. Our system has never functioned properly since…read moreinstallation over one year ago. Our representative has failed to find a solution to the issues he has personally acknowledged and Hackett has refused to refund us the thousands of dollars paid for the system. They continue to call for past due balances on monitoring for a system that was not being monitored. The representatives are arrogant, ignore requests and take months to respond. Service (if they answer- which is extremely rare) can literally never fix the issue. I have experienced issues with them for years now in both my homes, two family members have had their Hackett systems removed and switched companies because Hackett is terrible in all respects. Our experience with Hackett is resorting to litigation. Do not ever use Hackett.
