A picture of it with a description: price, dimensions, weight, maximum weight capacity, that's all you need to know, if that's what you want. They said we should just use bedding to cover up the hole! Debra and our salesperson, Lauren, had previously sent in all the documents to support picking up this mattress and replacing it. Finally, we got our replacement mattress and within 2 months it developed a large swale/dip and we went to the store and saw Debra and told her we were done with Mattress Firm and wanted a refund. The District Manager was there and he gave us a difficult time....first trying to charge a restocking fee and then trying to upgrade to another mattress. We were done. If it weren't for Debra, we would have been out of luck! In summary, the in store staff were great but the warehouse and return process is horrible. Never again.

The bed is over our headboard and footboard. We can't even put the comforter on the bed because it's too far down onto the foot board. We went into the store. The gentleman Hiram who works at the store notified us that the manager will be back the following week. We waited to visit with the store manager Micah upon his return . He notified us that he will check into it and follow up with us to try to get the issue resolved. A few days later we checked back with the store manager Micah and he said he sent in a request to have a case manager reach out to resolve the issue. We waited over a week but no one contacted us . I looked up the customer service number and contacted them directly . Diana notified me that we were outside of the 14 day period to have a technician come out for no charge . I explained that we reported the issue well within the 14 days. She advised me that the system wouldn't let her override in order to waive the charge but she said a case manager would be able to help. Diana asked me to look under the bed to count how many pegs high the bed legs were from the floor and it's 3 pegs high. She agreed the bed was high. She then transferred me to David who was immediately very short with me and rude after I explained again the issue with the bed. He said well you can do it yourself or pay $190 for someone to come out. I explained my husband has knee replacements and the store manager has already expressed how difficult this would be to do ourselves. He simply said he can't speak to what we can or cannot do, emailed the instructions and ended the call. In my profession and experience with customers. This was by far the rudest most unprofessional service we've ever received after spending 12k on a bed. I can't imagine if we had a mechanical problem with the bed .. We did have a variety of fabrics to choose from, and the fabric that we liked on our initial visit to the store could not be found again on our follow up visit. They show you a sample construction of the frame and explain how the frames are manufactured, which is important and is a determining factor in the price. Overall, we had a really positive shopping and delivery experience, and although we spent more than planned based on the couch and fabric we chose, we considered it an investment and were really pleased when the sectional arrived. They estimated 10 to 12 weeks for delivery and we had it in about 8 weeks. They called a week ahead to schedule the delivery, and although the delivery people showed up about a half an hour ahead of schedule on the actual day, the entire delivery process was great as well.
