LabCorp is to Wal-Mart what Quest is to Target. This…read moreparticular location is on the 3rd floor of the hospital so it's a bit of a hassle to get in. The hospital does offer free valet. I have never waiting more than 15-20 mins and when I remember to make a reservation online it's more like 5-10. The check-in process is never seamless. Always some bumps or need for clarification that usually requires some type of assistance. Most recently the tech couldn't figure out which test the dr wanted but luckily his partner deduced it by the change in pen color. Then he didn't think the dr was in the system but again, his seat mate came to the rescue. Where paperwork was a bit of a struggle, the blood draw was quick and easy. The room could have been tidier. There were a pair of gloves that had missed the trash can and the soft wrap (instead of band-Aids) that looked to have fallen off the counter. I was so thankful he didn't try to wrap my arm in it but retrieved some next door. Which I was Really hoping wasn't on the floor. Over all, fine.

I've worked in the medical field as a manager and Ma and I've worked with these vendors why she couldn't try and find her order on there computer is beyond me. But the fact that she was rude to an elderly person and not very helpful is what is horrible.

I watched all the site's videos so you don't have to. But, I highly recommend it. Here's that site:…read morehttps://sgsclinicalstudies.com/dallas/studies. Space was cleanly. If you can call ahead and create a profile- go for it. Otherwise, the check-in process has you. You'll need to bring in an ID (ie drivers license) follow any recruitment instructions- ie wash face 30min prior/ no moisturizer for 2 days/etc. Downstairs lobby for check-in. Sometimes, you have to go up a floor for check in. Elevator available, if need be. Ample parking around the facility. Studies will have much paperwork, for opportunity to consent, diary and study product (s) and process. If you're brought in and don't qualify, you're still compensated for your time. Pay amount is ample. Budget plenty of time for construction surrounding the building. Happy focus group study!

I went on a Friday and was told that my skin type session was already full. They told me to go downstairs and they could reschedule me for another visit that definitely needed people. I did this and went in on a Tuesday waited two hours, not to mention the 30 minutes early. I arrive to my appointment (mind you it's a 45 minute drive for me to get there, including tolls) and they told me again that my skin type was full!! They should only schedule a certain amount of people for a study with certain skin types if they're already in the system. Don't overbook and set the expectation that you're going to be part of a study. And schedule smaller sessions with smaller groups so you can go through them faster. I feel like they're overwhelmed with the amount of people they have booked, so many people just walking around when they could be helping and taking clients for the sessions. This is WORST testing facility I've ever been to. If you're considering it, don't waste your time because that is what you'll be doing!! I would give them zero stars if I could. I highly DO NOT recommend this place!!

I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic regarding both DOT testing and customer…read moreservice. The clinic hours online state they are open until 5:30 PM, so I called ahead on Thursday to ask if I could come in Friday around 5:15 PM after getting off work. I was initially told they close at 5 PM, but after I mentioned the hours listed online, the owner/employee agreed to stay a little later for me. I appreciated that accommodation and made the effort to come in immediately after work. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was told the doctor had already left and only the urine portion of the DOT testing could be completed. DOT testing includes both the urine screening and physical exam, which is exactly what I had requested over the phone. That information should have been communicated clearly before I drove there considering that's what a DOT test is. What made the situation even more frustrating was the way it was handled afterward. Instead of acknowledging the misunderstanding or offering a professional explanation, the attitude I received was dismissive and unnecessarily rude. The woman at the front desk was visibly irritated the entire interaction. When I explained I would need to return another day and take PTO from work to do so, her response was "Doesn't matter, whatever" in a rude tone, followed by complete disregard when I said "have a good day." I understand scheduling mistakes and miscommunication can happen. They treated me like I was a favor. What is not acceptable is treating patients with disrespect when the confusion came from the clinic's side. Professionalism, communication, and basic courtesy matter. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and I will not be returning.
