I'd go back just for the juice box treatment Went for blood work and there was no wait, they were ready at the time of the appointment. Everyone was super friendly. I love the concept but I showed up for my bloodwork that I booked online with this location & was told upon arrival that the biomarker testing I ordered was not available there? No one had reached out to me beforehand. They were not knowledgeable of the testing when trying to book at the counter. I didn't receive an email or printed receipt of the bloodwork they did. I logged into the portal & no receipt or blood work pending there either. SAVE your money & skip this place. I much prefer LabCorp or Quest. read more

I will not be returning here. I came for a blood draw for a metabolic panel. The women working there were confused. I had already paid the lab for my test kit, but I still had to pay this place a $40 convenience fee. The blood draw was awful, the woman did not know what she was doing and it was painful. I have bloodwork done once a month and it doesn't hurt. Then when I was leaving the testing facility, the receptionist was bagging blood samples at the front desk next to her energy drink. I have been VERY impressed with the people here -- previously with someone named Jennifer who no longer works there, and more recently with JESSICA. I have been here 3 or 4 times and each time I needed to have a relatively complex blood draw done for an "outside test" I brought with me. ("Complex" in that the blood / serum had to be kept at a very specific temperature for a specific time; then packed in dry ice, etc.) Anyway, recently Jessica really went above and beyond to make sure it was done correctly. The two women working April 27 were professional and patient with me as worked out the pricing with my insurance and coordinated with my doctor. I have very bad anxiety about needles and blood, this the easiest and gentlest blood draw I have ever had done. So, believe it or not, Children's Medical Center does not pay for students working there to get drug screens. However, they do require students to get drug screens. And guess how much drug screens cost out of pocket? Every clinic and doctor's office I called quoted me $250-300. Any Lab Test Now offers drug screens for just $49. (Yes, I do realize that I just typed "just $49" as if that's so cheap -- but compared to $300, it was a ridiculous bargain.) You can walk in without an appointment, and all you need is your driver's license or some other photo ID. They really do offer "ANY" lab test you could possibly imagine -- paternity tests, allergy tests, whatever. And they really do offer it "NOW." I was helped immediately and was out the door WITH my test results in about half an hour. Their facility is pleasantly decorated and very clean, and the employees are friendly and helpful. Also, the location is pretty convenient for anyone working in the Medical District. read more

I had an appointment for Covid test yesterday at the Southlake TX location, I have paid out of pocket almost $100 to get a quick result, it was supposed to be 30 mn but after begging them over the phone several times I got the test result three hours later. Their office was not busy and they conducted the test outdoor on the dirty back side of the building. I had multiple Covid tests before but this one was the most painful. The convenience and flexible hours are great but I had a BAD experience with their approach to PRIVACY. The Pregnant Blonde woman was HORRIBLE. After I acknowledged that I had no problem paying the out of pocket cost, and that I appreciated their convenience, the pregnant blonde proceeded to DOUBLE-DOWN on how they were the only place open and I had to accept it. I didn't appreciate her prying into the private reasons I needed a lab draw requiring me to say it out LOUD in the lobby nor the unprofessional and non-private way she asked for my date of birth- screening the question out in the lobby requiring me to disclose that info by shouting over the lab collection space. Who knows who was in the lobby listening. Ugh, if I ever go back hopefully she will be on maternity leave. read more

use to be great place - was quick and easy. Now Portal doesn't work - staff has no idea if ever it will be fixed and doesn't seem to care. they send by email - code doesn't work. they seemed like I was really bothering them. Asked them to fax - said can't do it because i didn't mark it on form.... come on now, ask me my birthday to I.D. - If there were another service nearby, I would quit using them. right now stuck with them, but they are going down hill on customer service. I called before going in and specifically asked them how much the test would be and how long the results would take to get back because I needed it for school. I get there and they say "oh no it's actually 30 dollars more and will take 24-48 hours to get back"...not at all what they told me on the phone. I go ahead and take the test. I call back 4 days later because I still haven't gotten results and they could not have been more rude and ended up saying it must have just been forgotten. Will never go back! read more

Any Lab Test offers a basis check up panel for $129 for those of us paying out of pocket. This is extremely reasonable for blood testing. Cholesterol, PSA, metabolic function, blood count, and a urinalysis. Barely felt the needle when they drew my blood, and I was out of there in ten minutes. Received my results in two day, in plenty of time for my doctors appointment. read more
