Some staff project a warm, kindly spirit but most act like machine components. Maybe I'd overlook all of that but they don't consistently deliver reports. I trust my doctor but not these people.

They kick me out while I go find water (they don't have any) and then when I return promptly I have to wait and rudely was told to go to the bottom of queue (over an hour goes by and I'm constantly passed by names below me as they just stare at me with no estimated time) so I just end up leaving. Very incompetent workers. The worst part was the worker blamed me for cancellation when they messed up and I was truly being polite. I get mistakes happen, but the service and treatment was horrendous! Management should look into these employees.

This was very frustrating because my son needs this bloodwork done asap, as he was just released from a 2 week stay at the hospital with renal failure. But they locked the doors and would not let anyone into the waiting room.
