She directed me to the self checkout at the front of the store to purchase and pick up. Cashiers up there were swamped with customers and told me they would call someone to help me get my tanks exchanged. It took a while but they finally got it done . I literally had to drive down to the store and asked them if the cutting machine was working, which they replied no. They said I can take it down to the honolulu store and get it cut. They should fill to 4.5 gallons and no less if you have a 5 gallon tank. If they fill to only 4 gallons and tell you its because your tank is old, dont believe it. I found out from Airgas Kapōlei (808) 692-0432 that when your tank is empty it weighs 20 pounds and when its full it weighs 38 pounds or close to 4.5 gallons. 17 pounds of propane is added to your empty tank. Aloha LP Gas charges $20.00 to fill a 5 gallon which cant be beat so far on the West Side.

It's a sturdy bucket and quite a bit could fit. I also had to but a large garden pot that was bigger than their yellow bucket But fortunately it was 15% off so it was still a decent deal. I've had keys made here and they always say to bring it back if it doesn't work, but I have never had to bring it back. Shop local when you can!
