I rented a truck here and needed a couple of favors ie. picking up truck one day - car carrier the next, extra moving blankets twice, helped me attach the car carrier and they couldn't of been more accommodating. My unit was broken into & when they were notified, no one knew anything, other than it happens all the time & then proceed to encourage you to buy the in-house insurance plan they offer. I was told the owner, Ryann Strange, would call me back the same day, but you guessed it, no call back. 5 days later, I called again, left a vm & finally got a call back. Ryann, the owner, told me there is nothing she can do other than refer me to the local sheriffs office. When asked for the corporate storage king contact info, she refuses & claims she doesn't have that info. Store at your own risk Park at your own risk & be prepared for relentless rate increases, theft, break ins, or worse. When we picked up the pants they gave them to us without telling us they didn't get all the ink out. When we took them back, the woman working the counter actually told us that we should have checked them. Mistakes happen. We understand that. But you need to make them right or pay for the damages, not blame the customer because your staff member didn't check pockets and left an ink pen in the load. After writing my initial review, we met with the manager on Monday. He was very apologetic and offered to pay for the pants either in cash or account credit.
