Sean and his team have done a great job for my office project. The project is complex that involves security cameras, NVR, projector and audio speakers for the center space, running cat cables etc. and even more challenging, I have to get things done in a few days to make sure the business can open asap. At the very early stage, Sean has always been very responsive about my inquiry and tried the best to accommodate my time for F2F meeting; upon inspection of the office, he also carefully examined all the specs of devices to make sure they are compatible and also made a few good advices to make things even better. At the installation step, the team arrived on time, really are professional in doing their job, running cables, keep the working site clean and organized, I also made a few changes at the spot and they have no problem to go along with the change without any hesitation. After the installation, Sean and his team help to carefully calibrate the projector and the security cameras to provide the best coverage. After finishing everything, they clean the work site and return everything they moved to its original place. If you have any project, large or small, commercial or residential, give them a call, you won't regret! Five star to the team! read more

ADT services are very bad services They are all about scamming people and collecting money they are trying to sell alarm equipment. But does not work the way it supposed to read more

Mashon, the owner, is a straight-shooter. I've had the service for around 8 years and am very satisfied, especially for the customer service he provides. Sean (his nickname) is incredibly responsive when I have an issue, helping me either by text or phone. When possible he guides me through any required procedure to correctly reset any issues there may be, such as a low battery, etc. But for the most part the system works without any problems. When there are any, Sean is there to help. I am a highly satisfied client of Proof Security and can vouch for the personal touch that a small business provides. read more

Our TV mounting installation experience was excellent! . They were prompt, reasonable, efficient and gave us options to make the TV set up look it's best. I was most impressed by how they were able to perfectly install over our cosmetically enhanced wall. It was not easy! I contacted Mashon to run some coax, cat5, and install some security cameras He was very communicative throughout the whole process, and did a very thorough site review and walked me through how he was going to run wires while keeping them hidden, and with minimal drilling into my freshly painted walls. I would highly recommend Mashon and his team. Not only are his services professional and top notch, his pricing is also very reasonable. There was a break in at a nearby neighborhood business a few years ago. We decided to get an alarm service that would provided high quality and a system our staff could understand and operate. The goal of having the alarm was to prevent someone attempted to take from our company. The package we needed included cameras, window monitors, and motion censors. What we didn't expect but was needed was the professionalism, care and concern for us as customers, and details to the job we paid for. It was top-notch. Proof Security ADT has been our service provider for over three years. We feel safe and secure, and our organization is as well. Providing us with a cost effective and efficient plan monthly. read more

Sean is awesome! He was extremely quick to respond and very knowledgeable. He walked me through my options and was upfront about everything. We set an appointment but I had to cancel last minute. Sean was understanding and I didn't feel rushed. The day of the appointment, he showed up right on schedule and got started. His colleague helping him, Tony, was very friendly. They took thier time evaluating the different set ups and once we agreed, they rolled right along. Perfect experience! Definitely recommend. Thanks Sean and Tony! read more

It was a great experience working with Sean! I recently moved to a new place and wanted to install ADT panel and sensors, I had all the old sensors removed from the old place, they all had the sticky tapes left on them, Sean helped me get rid of those sticky tapes and installed a new panel! The whole installation is all under Sean's control, he is very professional. After the installation, Sean helped me test the devices and told me how to use the panel, how to access online etc, it's very helpful. I would highly recommend Sean to everyone who needs to install ADT devices. Oh forgot to mention, Sean has been working with ADT installation for over 15 years! read more

It was a great experience working with Mashon. I had a large task of hanging 6 TVs in my home and Mashon hung everyone perfectly. I recently moved into my new home and was very cautious with who I would allow to drill holes in my walls. You see no wires and the TVs just look like they are floating on the walls. Everyone that comes into my home is always in awe of the way that my TVs look. I 1000% would recommend that Mashon is used for your next home project! read more

I'm prepping to move from SoCal back to NorCal (yay!) so I called around to a few security systems companies to get info, quotes, etc. Sean at Proof Security cut through all the vague sales talk and provided, easy to understand straight info. He laid out clear, comprehensive information on my options, benefits, pricing. And just as importantly, he listened to all my questions and responding thoroughly. He made it very easy to make my decisions and didn't pressure me at all, which I really appreciate. So now that my security system is ready to be set up when I arrive....back to packing. read more

Happy with my new security system although the installation process was a little longer than I expected.

Excellent work, efficient, friendly and professional. Very pleased with this company.

Their service is fantastic and offers same-day service. The prices for their wall mounting services are reasonable and much cheaper than other companies. They responded to my request promptly and scheduled a person to help on the same day who drove from a different city, although their schedules are very tight. They are very timely and take good care of their customers! read more

He was all friendly and wonderful when we originally signed up ....When we needed something during the term, we could barely get a hold of them. They would take days to return a phone call. However, when our credit card expired, they called us right away asking for the new card number. I recently discontinued the service as we moved, and the owner of the company gave all sorts of reasons of justification of wanting to continue to charge us. Not nearly as nice as we originally signed up. Finally, they took down all equipment, but they continued to charge me even after the equipment was removed. I even contacted my credit card company to block the transaction, but they still managed to let the charge go through. It's just really terrible!! Don't work with them! read more

We were referred to them by a good friend of ours for video camera installation and he was very quick to respond and was able to walk through everything that was needed very clearly. He was extremely punctual and very communicative leading up to our appointment. When it came to installation he did an impeccable job as our home is a little bit more difficult due to not having an upper crawl space but he was able to come up w solutions to give us the cleanest install possible. Will definitely be recommending him to all my friends and family. read more

Proof Security installed both my home security system and my home surveillance cameras. Planning for both, the owner listened to my needs every step of the way. Sean was mindful to ask questions to insure my home security system and home surveillance cameras were exactly what I needed. At no time was I pressured for more than I needed. Sean and his staff were prompt, respectful, professional, thoughtful and totally cleaned up after themselves. Proof Security made sure I was completely satisfied and informed of how to use the systems before leaving and have been very responsive with the few follow-up questions that arose. When all the work was done, Sean asked if there was anything that could have been done better. Surprised a business owner would bother to ask the question, I wanted to give a thoughtful answer and told him I would have to think about it and get back to him. After thinking about it, I realized there was no room for improvement and let Sean know. I would absolutely recommend Proof Security to any household in need of a home security or home surveillance cameras. Ann H, San Jose, CA read more
