He was all friendly and wonderful when we originally signed up ....When we needed something during the term, we could barely get a hold of them. They would take days to return a phone call. However, when our credit card expired, they called us right away asking for the new card number. I recently discontinued the service as we moved, and the owner of the company gave all sorts of reasons of justification of wanting to continue to charge us. Not nearly as nice as we originally signed up. Finally, they took down all equipment, but they continued to charge me even after the equipment was removed. I even contacted my credit card company to block the transaction, but they still managed to let the charge go through. It's just really terrible!! Don't work with them! read more
