I reached out around 2:25 PM and at 3:30 the tech, Jeyhun Z, arrived. Super timely! He came in, and looked at the TV and dismayed, told me I was missing a piece! I went everywhere looking for it and even called my husband, but alas the piece i needed was no where to be fun. Thus, Jeyhun offered to sell me a full rotation mount that he had in his truck. He gave it to me on a discount, and it actually ended up working out because now my television swivels and can move up and down, its so cool! The reason why I really appreciated this guy was because he talked me through every step. Every tool he took out, he explained what it was and what he was doing. He definitely doesnt cut corners - when he couldn't find a stud, he told me he would use anchors but needed to find at least one stud or else he wouldnt trust it to be secure. He also measured how high the TV should go and had me sit in a spot, to see if my neck would be comfortable. That's above and beyond in my opinion. Really glad I went with him - I gave him a fairly large tip because I appreciated his efficiency, his ability to finish the job despite me missing pieces, and his willingness to educate me as he worked. I had an old 65", mounted (too high) on the wall. Anthony knew exactly what needed to be done. They took down the old TV, took off the mount, patched up the old inlet of the conduit, made a new inlet, threaded cables through, mounted the TV lower (with my new mounting bracket), and hauled away the old TV. Anthony has done a lot of work in my building before and knew exactly where the studs would be and that there would be a transverse metal bar that wound make threading cables hard if you were to not know it existed. Rescheduled and they sent an assistant without an installer. Found out the installer and the assistant never know each other. On both occasions, the installer and assistants barely spoke English.
