I reached out, gave some background as to my problem and was on their schedule for service within a day. My tech onsite Steve was fantastic. He was friendly and polite and just an overall good dude. He quickly identified a few different issues and had my system back up and running after an hour of software updates backend changes to some network configurations. I don't write Yelp reviews often, but when I do, it's because of unbelievably amazing service like Shawnon's. You. Have. No. Idea. the trouble Shawnon just saved me. I needed to run one cable under the crawl space in my grandparents old house. Shawnon answered the phone first time I rang him yesterday afternoon, and we communicated over texts this morning to let him know that I did in fact want him to come out and help me out with a job. He made time in between his other jobs today just to come to my place, on virtually no notice. He apologized for being "late": I had to laugh because he was 3 minutes after 1pm, but at 12:30 had texted me that he'd be here around 1:15pm, so really, he was 12 minutes early. He came prepared with all tools, ethernet cable (10 cents on the dollar, very cheap), drill, etc. All the above "professionalism" doesn't even come close to comparing to what he did for me on the actual job.... The crawl space was a rat cemetery with cobwebs that were described to me as looking like the "Adams Family." Rat carcasses, piles of rat bones, dehydrating bodies. And rodent droppings all over. Absolutely disgusting. Shawnon wasn't fazed and persevered. He had a positive attitude and was fun to talk to. If you're not sure what your needs are, he's also very well connected and if he's not the guy for the job, he has happy to refer you to someone who can help you out. I've been using Shawnon for both my office and now my home. In our office he mounted and wired plasmas, ethernet cabling, power cables to desk, perfectly and out of site. The best part is no job on a project is too small, my favorite is when he busts out the lasers to level things on the walls, he's hung everything from heavy metal signage to huge whiteboards perfectly. Server closets, wiring for phone systems, mounting projectors, he does it all. For my home, his crew has climbed up into my tiny attic with insulation and ran wires to where I thought was impossible both indoors and outdoors. He opened up the wall to perfectly hide everything and is very pragmatic in his approach. He also cleans up really well after himself vacuming while drilling to pick up the dust. Super reasonable in cost and doesn't take more time than necessary. The litmus test is that I've referred him to 4 other friends and all of them have thanked me for the introduction as he rocks. It's rare to find a really honest person who just wants to do good work and takes pride in it. BTW, I trust him enough to leave him in my home by himself for the day to do the home theater installation. read more

Shawnon and his team Chris and Evan came to our house to help figure out the pre-existing and new Ethernet and cable wiring in our 2 story home. This required tracing multiple wires and then splicing together wires to make the appropriate connections. Additionally the mounted our wireless access point in the attic and optimized the signal. Finally the installed a recessed wall box and wall mounted a TV in our den. Shawnon's team was extremely professional and he prides himself on doing quality work. We were very happy with the overall experience. The end result is that we have now have had several weeks of perfect connectivity and no issues with our wired or wireless internet access anywhere in our home. Finally got rid of all the wires hanging from my wall tv and all the other electronic equipment acquired over the years GONE. Wow it looks clean, sleek, and with Shawnon's expertise I FINALLY got a high functioning and super easy to use music audio system. Gone are the old funky speakers! In are the new play bar and portable speaker. The sound and music choice are made through my smart phone. I love it!! My experience with ZettaComm was superb. I wanted to upgrade my home theater with a better audio-visual receiver, trace out some unknown in-wall wiring, and make sure the new Comcast equipment was properly integrated into the system.
