I finally made it in to the store and thank God I did, Mike is AWESOME!!! I told Mike about my fly and my HUGE mosquito problems, along with some cricket issues and also my weed items. He walked me through what to get, WHY to get it, HOW to mix and use it and he even marked the containers with those ratios etc for me without me needing to ask! My wife would get absolutely eaten alive by those bloodsucking bastards when she would just step a few feet out onto the patio and the flies and other flying bugs would always swarm anybody that dare step foot out there too... I did what he told me to do and the next day when I went out to poop scoop and to water the gardens, it was about :30 min later that I suddenly realized... I only saw probably 3 flies and NO mosquitoes!!! I told my wife about all of that and in all honesty, I don't think she believed me, as it was unbearable for her to go out back. The next day near sundown, she came out back to talk to me and then exclaimed "You're right!! There's like NO flies or any mosquitoes out here... I can't believe it!!!" I am now a God of a husband for doing that, when in fact I owe it all to Mike and his Bug and Weed Mart!! Thank you so very much Mike, I will forever be your customer and a cheerleader for you, for life. You earned it, you deserve it!! Best wishes - Brian

On top of that, he's just a genuinely friendly and respectful person. He's always professional, courteous, and makes the whole experience comfortable. This never happened. I called back the next day and no record of my call was found. I explained my situation again and they asked me some questions and then told me it sounded like German cockroaches and that this was very serious and could escalate very fast. I tried to push the appointment out for my availability and was told this was urgent and the sooner the better. so they scheduled me for oct. 10th from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm arrival time. I explained that I would take the day off of work for this given the seriousness of the situation. They told me it would be $250.00 for the initial appt. and $40.00 a month for 13 months after that and it was a contract that would charge me $175.00 if I cancelled. I signed up assuming I was getting excellent service for the price. They called me ahead of time (days) to confirm the appt. Someone called me at 12:53 pm the day of, to let me know they were going to be late and I was probably looking at a little after 2:30 pm. It was unfortunate but ok, I took the day off of work. No big deal. I received another around 1:45 pm letting my know that they weren't going to be able to show up at all and would have to schedule. They are the ones who told me how serious this was, and wanted to come sooner than later. After going all the way up the chain to the district manager, I explained to him that I too am in the customer service business, and if I do this to my customers, I lose them. I was told how unacceptable this is and that he could see the request for service in the system, but the work order wasn't given to anybody on there schedule. There was nothing they could /would do. I am going to have to call another company for emergency service and take more time off of work. meanwhile me wife and kids get to sleep another night wondering if there are cockroaches crawling around while the lights are off. If I could rate the customer service and dependability of this with less then 1 star I would. if your reading this. Just trust me and triple check your reviews and customer experiences before you make the decision. and NOT this company.

They came out and sprayed, but left the current weeds (which are huge) standing..no pulling, cutting, or removal, so my yard still looks completely overrun. If this is a spray-only service, that needs to be made very clear because "weeds-free yard" sets a totally different expectation. For $195, I expected the existing weeds to be addressed in a way that actually results in a weeds-free yard, not just an application with the weeds still there. Why am I paying almost $200 to go out and have to collect the weeds?
