Once the move was half way complete , Rich the hustler started telling my mom that this is extra and oh yeah... that's extra... really dude... trash!!!!! I used him a couple of times and each time I've noticed his scheme.... Dude is a crook and don't be fooled by all the 5 star reviews that you read on here.... This is raw and the truth!!!! You know what, his reputation is so terrible that he has had to change social media platforms and block real reviews!!!!! Ask him what happened to the awful review from the young lady who moved to Houston Tx about two years ago!!!! She darn sure did write about the horrible experience that she had and how he took her money.... I tried not to believe it too.... I'm done and I will never use his service or refer this liar to anyone. Also there was the docking station and charger from my Dyson v8 missing. I paid insurance and they said they only pay out anything with a 400 bucks deductible so be aware. You think you are safe buying insurance but it's not the case. Also they arrived 4h late i was so exhausted. Next day i called them to say things were broken I chased them everyday for a week and nobody got back to me, only on the 8th day. I'm not impressed and will not use them again.

All documentation was provided on time, and the movers arrived as scheduled. I had my items moved from Los Angeles, CA to Dallas, Texas in a POD. Unfortunately, my TV was damaged during the move (unclear if it was from the POD, but I doubt that since the TV was against the king size mattress). One of the movers later stated that he had noticed damage to the TV box when he unloaded the tv from POD but did not bring it to my attention at the time, which was very disappointing. However, the owner Joey, took the situation seriously and handled it with genuine empathy and accountability. I was extremely frustrated from the move (it's really a lot to handle) and Joey was kind and patient as he listed to me explain what happened. He suspended the team member involved, made it clear that he wanted to put the customer first, and worked with me to make things right. After I provided the original receipt for my TV, he sent me a check for its full original purchase price and did not waste time to go through insurance. I didn't buy additional insurance, so at most if Joey had went through insurance, I would have received $40/$50 back for my tv at $0.60/lb. He said he wanted to make sure we reached an agreement that felt fair. I truly appreciate Joey's customer first mindset. Although the damage was frustrating, I greatly appreciated how Joey responded. He's been in business for 25 years and stated that accidents happen and what he cares for the most is customer satisfaction. His integrity, compassion, and willingness to stand behind his company ultimately left me with a positive impression. I would highly recommend Eagle Movers and I will definitely be using their services again in the future!

I was guaranteed 2 guys to show up from 9-10am yesterday. Only Michael showed up 3 hours late due to an issue from another move (which I was fine with). I only had one water hardly drank from and told him he can waterfall it because he was dying of thirst and spits it all back up on my floor. He proceeds to work. I see him doing push-ups in my apartment. He had his shirt off most of the time even though I had my AC at 68 and both of my fans on. I had my door open because I didn't want to be in an apartment alone with one dude I didn't feel comfortable with. He asked me for my help 3 times, which when you get a moving company, you shouldn't have to do their job. I'm standing outside and hear a big crash and see him picking up my TV. Then he proceeds to lie about "the wrap hitting the fan and knocking my tv over slightly". He made a few comments to me saying "you look hot in that outfit" and proceeds to shut my door. I reached out to multiple guy friends because I was so uncomfortable. So finally, I got one to come down. He starts having a conversation with me about how if he looked like me he would be fine with taking compliments and that he was just trying to make small talk. I finally decided to kick him out and helped him unwrap my things. He continued mumbling, saying I'm not humble. Goes into my fridge, takes an energy drink. I told him he could pay me for it so he opens his wallet and takes out 2 condoms and says, "I need a girl friend". I'm absolutely furious. The fact that he's the owner/manager (whatever he is) of the company and has little to no respect blows my mind.
