He's friendly, reliable, professional, and his finishing skills are off the charts! For one of our projects, we contacted multiple contractors to find someone who could install trim under stair rail caps on an angle with bullnose. Everyone kept saying they would need to cut at a 45 degree for the bullnose and put a ton of caulking to fill the gaps. They also said it would be easier to use trim without a profile. The whole house has bullnose with profile baseboards cut at 22.5 degrees over the bullnose, so it would have looked weird to have the stair trims with no profile cut at 45 degrees. Well, Wren did it how we wanted it and it looks amazing! We had 2 days worth of various projects and each project was completed with amazing attention to detail. Wren will be the only person we contact for any future projects! Thank you Wren!

Instantly, I heard back from Keith to schedule a home visit. In the first week of January, Keith came by to do a look through. He was very kind and professional. Keith emailed my estimate within several days. Our bathroom remodel was scheduled to take 14 days, but it was completed within 9 days, which was good for our family considering we only have one bathroom. From initial contact throughout the project Jeff, HHR Supervisor, kept open communication with me every day. He kept me afloat on what they found, what needed to be done, what my options were. Jeff and his team were very detailed and the level of work they did was beyond superb. From our first contact, Kai was responsive, communicative, and transparent. He kept us informed throughout the renovation, from the initial estimate and planning process to selecting materials and appliances and completing the finishing touches. He was easy to reach, answered our questions promptly, and kept us updated on the project's progress. Even after we moved back in, he remained available to address a few minor adjustments that naturally come up after a major renovation, which we appreciated. The project was estimated to take about four months, and despite a few minor delays that were outside of anyone's control, it was completed within the expected timeframe. We did go slightly over the original quote, but that was due to the additional upgrades and changes we chose to make during the renovation. Ming, who manages the day-to-day work on-site, was excellent. He was organized, detail-oriented, and made sure the work was completed to a high standard. It was clear that he cared about the quality of the finished product and kept the project moving efficiently. Although there was occasionally a language barrier with the crew, it never created any issues. Everyone was professional, respectful, and courteous. They kept the work area as clean and organized as possible throughout the project, treated our home with care, and were mindful of following the association's rules and guidelines. A full home renovation can be stressful, but Kai, Ming, and the YG Construction team made the process much more manageable. While no renovation is completely without challenges, they were responsive whenever questions or issues came up and worked with us to find solutions. Overall, we are very pleased with our renovated home and would confidently recommend YG Construction to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy contractor.
