We were in desparate need after buying a car & 2 wks later the engine blew. Adrian, the owner of this shop could not have been nicer, understanding, or more professional & honest with us about all aspects of the repairs.
He worked with us on the pricing, very easy going, & made me, being a woman & all, very comfortable talking w/ him about the issues the car had & would have in the future.
I would recommend his shop to ANYONE! If you're looking for a mechanic that is fair, & honest, look no further than Proline!
Thank you,
Jennifer Goertler
**I am adding a new note to this review: Everything stated above WAS true. When I wrote this review I was awaiting his phone call on a problem I was having. It is now Aug. 23 & I have been blown off, pushed aside, phone calls unreturned, & even our appointment we had set up for this past weekend was dismissed. No call to say "I can't do it this weekend, I'm too busy" or even when finally getting ahold of him today there was NO apology whatsoever. Looking back to March when he orignially fixed our car, I had forgotten that he missed 4 meetings w/ my husband for payment on parts; leaving my husband to sit in his lot after work waiting for a hour or more. Again, no apologies or explainations.
This mechanic does a good job fixing cars & is easy to talk to, but now, I have to reconsider my rating/review of the business after being put off for well over a month for a job that will take an hr. or so. I understand things get busy, but it only takes a moment to dial a phone number. And even less time to say "Sorry". Not professional. Now I'm looking for another mechanic that cares that I have 2 kids to drive places & a life to lead. A month & a half? I can't believe I waited this long!** read more
