After initially speaking with Justin on the phone, he sent Dylan to my home to see what my home needed in the way of a new Trane HVAC system to be installed with complete new ductwork in my attic. Dylan is very knowledgeable and has a very pleasant, relaxed personality. There was no sales pitch and no pressure whatsoever. After deciding what model (number of tons and SEER rating) would be best for my home, we ordered my new Trane HVAC system. Several days later, it was professionally installed by Justin's remarkable installation team. It should be noted that Justin and/or Dylan were present during the entire installation process. I am convinced that buying high quality equipment from a reputable company is important, but their ability to install it perfectly is MOST important. Big mistake. The first time they came out, the tech refused to service my AC unit, saying he was only there to service the heater. I asked if he could at least clean the blower while he was here, and he told me, "We'll do that when we come out for your AC service." On the next visit, the AC tech spent an unusually long time in my attic--doing what, I have no idea. Before he went up, I specifically asked him to clean the blower and wash the outside unit. He did neither. He was also over 300 lbs, and I honestly thought he might break my ladder going up to the attic. After these poor experiences, I cancelled my service plan and went with a company that specializes in Lennox units--and actually does what they say they will do, when they say they will do it. If you want a provider that's happy to take your money for a service plan and then find reasons not to service your system, AC Pros might be for you.
