I love this place so much!! All vegan and all delicious! Everything I've got here was really yummy. I've been 2 times. They have a bunch of small pastries and you end up buying so many it's amazing getting to try so many different ones instead of just one big pastry. Their savoury pastries are so good too!! I can't wait to go back

It was very hard to choose what to get here, so I pretty much got one or two of almost everything! My favorites were the cookies and jam-filled pastries. The brownie and brookie were a little dry and too hard for my kid and I to eat, but I'm sure popping them in a microwave would help. I also really liked the pizza pocket as their dough was very fresh and soft. I think I would prefer more pocket options without faux meat, but that's just a preference. The pizza pocket had pepperoni pieces, but it wasn't overwhelming. I think the biggest drawback is that my son and I had to try everything in our car before going back in to buy more of what we liked, as they don't have indoor seating. I think if you want to potentially increase sales, a couple of tables and chairs would really help, as customers can sit and enjoy, while deciding what they may like more of, since many things bite-sized. I understand it's a new business, and perhaps tables and chairs may not be an affordable option right now, but I hope it's something to consider for the future. We also had to go next door to use a bathroom. Not a deal-breaker, but with kids, that can be a struggle. I drove about 30 minutes to try this place so I didn't want to leave and come back for the items I wanted more of, but I didn't really enjoy eating and spilling crumbs in my car either. Nevertheless, I would love to return as I really did enjoy most of the items. The employees were very nice as well!

Went in to try this place for the first time and the "owner " was very rude!!! Didn't help me at all and started arguing with me when I questioned why didn't I get service. Don't go here and support a place like this

All the sweets are delicious ! Best part they are bite sized so perfect to get variety or for parties. They are so great at custom orders and a few flavors change every day so it keeps it exciting! Would highly recommend....

They make the best cookies you've ever had. They're "better than sex" good. If you haven't gone you definitely should check them out. 5 stars because that's all I child give them.

Service was great, my first time visiting this bakery, and I must say the sausage and cheese roll is tasty. Definitely coming back!

I went to eat at Ross J's and saw this bakery next to it. Well I found out that they are owned by the same people. So I had to try the poi mochi here. It was pretty good for the price. Wouldn't mind coming here and trying something else.

Came to Project V Bakery late on Friday afternoon. As I write this I wonder why vegan places always name themselves something obsure or odd without obvious diclosure of the veganism. Is it to encourage normies to come inside, like a trap? Like, don't be put off because we are vegan, we are still good? That doesn't do them the favor or a vegan new to their business, say, just driving by to be ablw to identify they've just found the holy grail of vegan fare. It seems prevelant among vegan establishments. Anyway once you understand all of the items for sale contain no dairy or animal product its just a matter of coming in any day from 8AM to 4PM except Mondays (Kanye said closed on Sunday but they're closed on Mondays). The Straberry amd Blueberry danish were the top favlrotes along with mini lychee cupcakes. The ube danish and cookies a close second. I will have to come back to try their in house hot pocket type snacks!

Their sausage rolls and hot pockets were really tasty for the price and quality, and affordable options. Friendly staff and ambience.

Truly one of my favorite restaurants I have ever experienced. The food is some of the most boundary pushing plant-based cuisine I have ever had the pleasure of trying. Plus their extensive and creative menu will keep you interested for many repeat visits. As wonderful as the food is, one of TMV's true pillars to their business is how incredible their staff is. On our most recent visit, our server Carlos went above and beyond to make sure we had the best dining experience possible. I have had wonderful experiences over the years with all the serves I have had but Carlos was one that particularly stood out. He was wonderful to conversant with, gave great suggestions regarding the menu, and was very on top of everything with our table and experience. Vegan or not, good food is good food and I promise you will be blown away but what this incredible team is capable of!

She was so kind to accommodate me to try this vegan restaurant and now we both regret we don't have any future plans to come back to Vegas now that she's moved out of sin city. Our first visit was a bit rushed since we came in close to closing. Many items were understandably off the menu. My friend had the cowboy burger and I went with the mac n cheese with "ribs". It had been a few days since we had "real food" since we were on a road trip of sorts with no real rest stops. We nearly cried tears of joy, the food was soooo amazing! It's important to note that my friend eats all the things, so for her to be equally obsessed with this place says a lot! The following day, she came back here to grab us brunch takeout (chkn & waffles x 2) + an extra banh mi for my flight later. We noshed on the leftovers from the day before + the brunchy bites she picked up. Mind you, we had no microwave so we were eating the mac n cheese cold from the fridge. It was a weird move but the food was so good we didn't care! If we ever find our way back in Vegas again, you can bet we'll be here. Probably for the entire day!

There are stairs or there's an elevator located close by for the ADA. It is very small inside: 3 tables pushed up against the wall so they only accommodate 3 seats each. About 15 high top chairs around the perimeter of the windows accounted for the bulk of the seating. The service from the staff was very nice and friendly. Since it was our first time, they gave us a chance to look over the menu and ask questions. They were very accommodating to our requests for substitutions and even recooked our French fries to make them softer. My son and I shared the Salami sandwich with fries and I also got the southern fried oyster mushrooms with a Housemade dragonfruit lemonade. My son despises any vegan cheese or vegan mayo and he tore this sandwich UP! He even added extra mayo on his half of the sandwich. The olive jalapeño tapenade was tasty and really pulled the sandwich together but it was slightly spicy so careful to those who are sensitive to spice. The southern seasoned oyster mushrooms were so flavorful. The batter was light and crispy, the mushrooms were sliced thick and not too thin. One of the best I've ever had. The lemonade was okay. Could have used more flavor and more sweetener. Overall, I will definitely be back to try some more items on the menu.

It is located in the Town Square shopping center but it can be difficult to find if you don't know where to look. Here is an easy way to find it: drive around to the AMC theater park in any free parking space in the rear of the theater and then walk around to the front entrance. If you do this not only will you not have to pay for parking but if you take the escalator right across the entrance from the theater you will come up to the 2nd floor and then make an immediate right turn. The establishment is small, quaint, and very clean. The customer service is great and the waiter was very gracious. Now to the FOOD it was ABSOLUTELY delicious. I had the impossible Hoagie and needless to say it was the best VEGAN HOAGIE I HAVE EVER HAD. I had a vegan hoagie in Tampa Florida a few years back and of course I have had some pretty good sandwiches at Capriotti's but none of them can match the one I had at this establishment. This establishment will be added to my "MUST VISIT" list when I visit Las Vegas. Eat, Drink, and Be Merry, my Friends!!!

I wish they had a loyalty program or occasional discounts for smoothies. It is in a beautiful location! The hours are convenient too with a drive thru if you are craving something delicious. It's nice they don't have or expect tips. Here are some of the smoothie flavors I've tried: * Butterfly Kisses - top favorite! * Soul Colada - exactly what the name and ingredients imply * Summer Loving - tasted fun and flirty * Day Dream * Cloud Smoothies are very expensive. Dragon Cloud Smoothie didn't have any flavor to it. (Probably would try the Blue Cloud Smoothie instead and see if it tastes good). Adding some more greens-packed options (kale or collards) or lower-sugar twists would make it even more irresistible for health nuts like us. But I do appreciate the healthy sugar options. I just also like little to no sugar at times. We'll be back for more of those fruit smoothies, keep innovating! --- Their words on their window says: "Our pizzas are made with ingredients imported from Italy, grown without pesticides." "We use RedBird Farms chicken-always raised without antibiotics, cage-iree, and fed a clean vegetarian diet." "Our tomatoes are organically grown in volcanic soil and canned within hours of harvest." "We make our food from scratch, then blast-freeze it to lock in freshness and safety." "Purchase a frozen box to reheat at home." "Fresh mozzarella made from small farms all over Europe, some with as few as 10 cows - raised on grass without pesticides and produced without citric acid."
