We found Progressive Security Screens at their booth at the OC Fair. I had already had two other companies come out and give me quotes but was not really happy with the pricing and/or quality of the products so when I saw the booth we stopped to check theirs out. They were also having a fair special discount, which always helps! I was able to easily get an appointment for measurements and a quote. The production lead time was 6-8 weeks, but that was consistent with the others I looked into. It did take the whole 8 weeks but we were able to schedule installation the following Monday. Daniel was professional, efficient, pleasant and cleaned up after he was finished. The doors look great, we had them installed on the front door and two sliders in the back. Albert was our installation expert. He was prompt and efficient. He took the time to answer my questions and gave me some important information about the maintenance of the security screens. Always a pleasure working with PSS. The Crimsafe security screens are the best on market. I did research over 2 yr span and decided to have this Security Screen installed by PSS all windows/sliding glass doors are now protected. Along with, 99% blockage of heat/suns rays. In winter is warm in the house (not cold), in Summer is cool because of the security screens. Unless you turn lights on inside home at nite, cant see in. Less use of air cond in summer.
