Steve shows up this morning and I told him what had happened with duplex printing. Instead of telling me I need some expensive parts to repair it. Found that the movers must have jostled the rollers loose. We found the parts behind the desk, he put it together in less than 5 minutes and was out the door. Couldn't be happier and more pleased.
