He assured me the company would make it right. Just received a note from the company. They cited a clause in the docusign agreement they gave you sign when you hire them. It says "On extremely rare occasions, tile and stone can chip or crack while we drill to install our anchors. Boston Glass Group is not responsible for any costs associated with this. We will remove the pieces necessary and continue installation once the repair is completed at no additional cost. We deal with a broken tile about once every 250 showers. We cannot assume liability for any fee's charged by Atristic Tile for their portion of the process" So you pay them to install the glass. They break your stuff. They don't repair. Awful! Untrustworthy. Do not engage.

When I got in front of the windows he talked me through how to take the windows out of the track, identified that the "shoe" wasn't attached and that's why they won't stay open. After I got off the phone with him, I followed his instructions to get the shoe unstuck from the bottom of the track and managed to get them reattached to the windows, and now they both stay open!
