What really stood out to me was the honesty--both Mitchell and the technician could have easily said I needed new equipment or upgrade or unnecessary work, but instead they were supportive and completely upfront. I have been with slomin's for years,…read moreduring this Januarys cold weather I was running of oil even though I have automatic delivery I had to give them a call they said I couldn't get a delivery in less than 5 days, I would have run out so I had to call someone else that's ridiculous. Second story I needed a burner replacement called a few people about some estimates.Slomin's was my choice because they took care of the permits and everything, they arrived with a full crew and dismantled my old burner and replaced with the new burner in a day. The crew was excellent in explaining there every move and when they left the place looked like they were never there, spotless. I would definitely recommend there installation crew but their oil service emergency delivery leaves a lot to be desired.

Since I know nothing about brackets and mounts, he offered to purchase the materials I needed and bring them with him. My building required a COI which he provided within minutes. On the day of the job he arrived on time and worked quietly and efficiently. I had work to do in the other room and he didn't bother me once. He called me in a little while later and the TV was securely mounted. It was my fault that I never went to see what he was doing - I told him I would've preferred the TV to be mounted a few inches higher.
