While I was waiting for the technician to arrive, I fiddled with the settings and ended up resolving the issue on my own. What really stood out to me was the honesty--both Mitchell and the technician could have easily said I needed new equipment or upgrade or unnecessary work, but instead they were supportive and completely upfront. Second story I needed a burner replacement called a few people about some estimates.Slomin's was my choice because they took care of the permits and everything, they arrived with a full crew and dismantled my old burner and replaced with the new burner in a day. The crew was excellent in explaining there every move and when they left the place looked like they were never there, spotless.
