If I could put a zero-down I would. Not only does this company TELL YOU THE CONTRACT IS ONE YEAR then the falsely lock you into a 5-YEAR CONTRACT with 4 point type!!!! They are not upfront with the $100 here, $100 there, permits, fees, and kickbacks they the strong arm you for. They don't service their alarms unless you pay LOTS extra. They don't return calls. They don't send anyone to come when the alarm doesn't work. IT HAS NEVER WORKED PROPERLY! I've paid this company $350-a-year for two-years and the alarm monitoring NEVER works! Then a year-and-a-half into this shifty company's contract I get another, "Suffolk County now has a $100 permit fee for false alarms. Pay up." I haven't set my alarm in two-years because the monitoring doesn't WORK!!!! They won't do anything to fix it!!!!! So now I can't get out of this shifty contract and have to pay an additional $2000 for NOTHING. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THESE THIEVES!!!!!! You are better off with having someone break into your house every year and steal your TV. It would cost you less. read more

I have had All Island Security in my home for years. When we did construction a few years ago the installer worked well with my construction crew to update my system. He was very polite and neat. Over the years the alarm has gone off for several reasons and I have found the staff to be very efficient and helpful on the phone. I have not worked with one of the corporate alarm companies so I cannot compare but I do appreciate the fact that All Island takes the time to provide individual attention and I don't feel like a number. They value me as a customer and I like that. read more

All Island has been my security company for seven years. Through that time they have always assisted me quickly when I have a question or need the system checked where they can call in and determine the problem. Most recently, I had dead battery in the wireless unit on the window and they system was not working due to that and answered my call on a Sunday to assist and came out to the house the next day to resolve my issue. read more

He is familiar with our system, seems to know the issue and how to fix it before he even walks through the door, and he is polite and friendly. When allowing a representative of a company into your home, I think these are important qualities to look for.
