I was a customer for 7 years on my first house, moved, and had to get them to protect my new house. The service guys are great. Always on time and helpful. I've never had any issues with billing and they always accommodate. I prefer them to the national security companies since they are based here on Long Island and use the same technology just with a local caring attitude. If you feel your current company sucks or isn't giving you a good value, call Lowitt and see what they can do. I'm not sure of how their price compares but I wouldn't trade them for the few dollars difference that it may be.
