My wife and I have only been using Lowitt Alarms for approximately 2 months now, but we have been extremely satisfied with our experience. From the beginning the process has been smooth. Our in house consultant was courteous and professional and answered all of our questions. Once we signed up they took care of everything and walked us through the process. Installation of the equipment was an easy experience as the technician was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was very professional as well. Since we have been set up, the customer service has been great, as any question that I have is answered in a timely manner. They are always very helpful. I recommend this company To anyone looking for an in home alarm system. In addition the equipment is sleek and blends right into your home. read more

I was a customer for 7 years on my first house, moved, and had to get them to protect my new house. The service guys are great. Always on time and helpful. I've never had any issues with billing and they always accommodate. I prefer them to the national security companies since they are based here on Long Island and use the same technology just with a local caring attitude. If you feel your current company sucks or isn't giving you a good value, call Lowitt and see what they can do. I'm not sure of how their price compares but I wouldn't trade them for the few dollars difference that it may be. Having a local company knows our values and that cares about their customers is worth it to me. read more

We became clients of Lowitt Alarms & Security when we moved from NYC to our new house in Suffolk County in 2014. Lowitt was recommended to us by family, as I usually like to use vendors in my home based on trusted recommendations. We recently sold our home and downsized to a condo, and Lowitt again did the alarm installation in our new home. From sales (Matt Simone who was just fantastic to work with), to installation and beyond, Lowitt Alarms are the consummate professionals to work with. I can highly recommend Lowitt Alarms for your home security. I especially want to give thanks to Victor who is our service guy. Victor, you rock!!! read more

We started working with Lowitt Alarms a few months ago after having trouble with another security vendor and they have been outstanding. We worked with Matt to figure out what would be best for our home security, he provided some Excellent insights and helped us navigate the different options. When it came time to set up, the technician was also amazing. Put everything together and installed in little to no time, was super clean and picking up after dust or anything fell to the ground. It's been great working with them and would truly recommend using Lowitt if you are looking for a home security system. read more

Lowitt alarms was a pleasure to work with. From their sales team down to their installation technicians. They took the time to understand our needs and provided clear solutions for our home that fit our budget perfectly. We had some minor issues during installation, and the lowitt technicians returned at a later date to ensure that our issues were addressed and everything was operating flawlessly. Their sales person Matt, went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled seamlessly. It was a pleasure letting Lowitt install our security system, and we recommend their services highly. read more

I've had Lowitt Alarms monitoring my home for two years. They came into my new home, replaced all of the "dated" equipment, and provided me with a sense of security that I really needed. Minor adjustments were professionally handled expediently, and everything has been very smooth and positive. I love the ability that they provide for me to monitor my system remotely, adjust my thermostats from my iPhone, and control the alarm from anywhere in the world. They are most reliable and highly recommended. Sincerely, Marc Horowitz Northport, NY read more

They respond to alarm signals quickly, show concern and follow up with answers to questions. They have my trust in taking care of my families security. I also like that year after year they have the same technician come to my home to perform a fire inspection and equipment inspection. The technician knows my house and equipment and if he makes a recommendation I am likely to follow it. read more
