I am currently in the Market for a home security system, and I contacted Electronix Systems for help a while ago. I found all the customer service representatives that I spoke with to be super helpful and understanding. They have the latest technology available because many times as they say you get what you pay for and I think all their services are incredibly worth it. My situation alarm wise is a do it yourself type system, and it is as they say something is better than nothing. The problem is all those other companies only give you a phone number to call if you have trouble. That is tech support that is ok for your son's Playstation 4 but not your family's safety. That is why Electronix Systems are so good is that you have impeccable customer service and technical support for your system. The guys are all local too, so you know you have the support you need right within your hometown area. I highly recommend Electronix Systems just based on the quality of the people alone and the amazing technology they offer you. After several years of suffering with a less than stellar alarm company and eventually encountering a complete failure of the state of the art alarm that I installed in my house only a few years ago, I recently switched to Electronix Systems to get my alarm up and running and take over the monitoring. Within hours, the alarm that could not be fixed by the company that installed it was fixed by Electronix Systems and working not only perfectly but better than ever before. This is the worst company I have dealt with. I signed up with them because the previous home owner had it installed and I did not want to bother to install something else. When I signed up with them, nobody told me explicitly that they have a 5 year contact. The words in their documents are not clear and misleading to make you think that it's a 5 year price guarantee instead of liability. Also nowhere in the document says how much you need to pay if you want to cancel it. Couple months ago, my alarm constantly went off during night and kept us awake. A service guy came in and told me they have a known issue in the socket used to connect extended device to the main panel and he fixed it. He also replaced the battery without telling me and wanted to charge me on that, which I declined. Later he admitted that the "new" battery he wanted to charge me for is not really "new", instead it's old battery they removed from other houses. However couple days later, the alarm went off again during night and waked us up. Then they said they need to replace the device completely and wanted to charge me, which I didn't agree. After couple times back and forth, I eventually decided to cancel the service, at which stage they told me that I have a 5 year contract with them. If I want to cancel it i need to pay them for service fee ( they had a tech guy came in to setup the device for free ), sale commission etc. None of these were indicated in the document I signed. I am now trying to fight them in court. Stay away from them. If you already signed up with them, be very careful when dealing with them. read more

Not pushy. Didn't oversell. Very responsive and professional. We had some small follow up issues and they were on it immediately. Followed up a few months later to make sure everything was going well. No additional upsell, just checking in. Definitely would work with them again. read more
