I had an issue with the alarm system that was installed by All Action Alarm several years ago. A sensor malfunctioned causing an alarm signal. The police were dispatched and a false alarm message was issued to my address. I called All Action Alarm the next day, during business hours, to report the incident. A person did not answer but an automated answering machine told me to leave my name, telephone number, etc. and someone would get back to me. Two days later, having not heard from the company, I called again. A representative, Shane Williams, answered. I told him my story. He was able to check my system remotely, diagnose the problem & offer a few suggestions to remedy the situation. Following his instructions, I was able to fix the problem. We agreed to speak again the next day. He checked the system & all was well. During our conversations, Shane was responsive to my concerns & patiently answered all of my questions. Thank You Shane. read more

We are very happy with our new alarm system installed by All Action Alarm. Our installers were both pleasant and very professional. They did a neat, thorough job and double checked to make sure all facets of the system are working properly. They also did a thorough job instructing us into how to operate the new system. When some questions arose after the install, the company was quick to respond to our email, which is very much appreciated. Great job! read more

As usual a great experience with All Action Alarm maintenance service! Scheduling the appointment with Brendan, who understood my concern for a timely response to the work needing to be done, provided me with a very quick turnaround time from my first call to sending a technician within 24 hours. Robert, the technician, was wonderful! He contacted me with an ETA, which was within the scheduled appointment window and was pleasant, professional, and thorough. Cannot say enough about this family-owned company. They go out of their way to provide superior customer service. Craig and Brent could not have been more responsive to anything I asked of them, even when I contacted them after hours. The techs who came out to do the actual install were incredible. Thom and Cory were on time, professional, and went above and beyond to help me -- the absolute BEST experience I have ever had with a service team in my home. I highly recommend them - Do not go anywhere else ! read more

My experience with All Action Alarm has been a positive one. Eric has been a pleasure over the years whenever we had a problem. Today we upgraded our system with alarm.com communication system and remote/ app door locks. Technician Rob was friendly and courteous throughout the service call. He had a lot of patience and talked us through the arming and disarming process. He was also quite personable which made the upgrading easier to understand and execute. We would highly recommend All Action Alarm mainly because of people like Eric and Rob. read more

I've purchased and installed a total of 11 indoor and outdoor IP cameras as well as alarm.com compatible home security system with All Action Alarm. This is one of those long surviving family businesses because they do the right thing to its customers. They really do stand behind their products/services as they claim on their website. After I contacted Craig due to a minor issue that I encountered with my IP cameras, the tech was at my house in Queens within two days and immediately fixed the issue. This is how everyone should run their businesses, but from my experiences not many are wise enough or simply care enough to be this way. Also, I chose this company out of many other competitors because I was only required to sign a minimum of 1 year contract with their home security service unlike others that require a multiple year contract. The initial installation/equipment cost was very affordable as well, and for me it made a perfect sense to spend that with one year contract over a free installation with a min 3 year contract with a large termination fee when I don't even know if I like the product/service. In summary, All Action Alarm is a business that takes a great pride in what they do and therefore stands behind their products and services. Its pricing is also fair and competitive. I can see myself being a faithful customer for years to come! read more

After dealing with another alarm company prior in Merrick NY, All Action was a blessing! The last alarm company were thieves and crooks believe it or not. Go figure... But All Action Alarms were honest, prompt, and worked with my timing of the repair job properly. You just don't get this kind of service from a chain or mega conglomerate. This is a family owned business with many years experience and they pass the family care to us customers. I trust their work and recommend them highly. You can sleep soundly without worrying all night about whether the work was done correctly and fairly. Trust me, I have been there.... read more

This was my first experience installing a home alarm/security system and, needless to say, I knew next to nothing about the process even though I did some research and invited a few contractors in to give me a quote. The experience with the folks from All Action (especially with Craig), from proposal to installation was easy, fast and stress free! All details and options that were available to me were clearly explained and priced out. On installation day the crew came in on time, were very professional and polite, did their work quickly and neatly and explained the operation of the system in great detail (but not complicating anything with technical jargon). Any support I needed post-installation was provided quickly and with the same professionalism as with the purchase/installation process...they don't forget you after you buy their service!! The system works like a charm! All in all an excellent experience with this first rate company, I highly recommend them. Nick R. read more

We've had All Action Alarm do several jobs for us over the years. They first installed our alarm system (very dependable) when we moved into our home, then wired network/Internet cables throughout the house and most recently added more alarms, network cables and carbon monoxide detectors when we built-out our new family room and guest suite. They did a great job, dependable, on time at a fair price. We appreciate their service over the years. Bruce Gernaey, Belle Terre NY read more
