The solutions I received from Bri-Tech for a complete home rewiring and living room sound system…read moreworked out well on so many levels of satisfaction (style, functionality, convenience, and more), as Bri-Tech hit a home run in the work they did as a key vendor in the remodeling of our home. Brian worked well with the architect in tweaking features of the high ceilings to improve sound and lighting. Brian's team did great work on all the details of every one of 17 rooms, half of these rooms had unusually shaped high ceilings to create an effect of larger rooms and/or hide wi-fi hubs and LED lighting. No matter easy or challenging rooms, all the rooms are great. For the sound system, Brian recommended an Integra system with B&W speakers that sound so much better than the receiver I was eyeing at Best Buy / Magnolia. He was able to explain to me why the system I so carefully researched, although power efficient, wasn't going to come close in sound quality as the Integra. Not only in his show room, but in my home, the sound was superb. I didn't think music could sound so good, especially the streaming music that is sampled low but so easy to play without handling media. It's amazing the sound from Pandora or an iPod could be sound SO GOOD! The home automation and electrical work (my entire home was wired for security, electrical, lighting, and sound) is superb in every detail. For example the placement of lights in the ceiling by Rich is symmetrical despite vents and architectural angling competing for ceiling space. Rich's great work including many recommended improvements for placement of lights and setup of lighting switches in each room. Brian came up with a hip asymmetrical placement of lights in my daughter's room that really made me a hero. In each case the changes didn't affect cost, it was just made the funds I was already spending result in a great rather than good lighting solution. For automation, the lighting controls for my outside yards are under scene control from any of our six doors, so that you can turn them all on or off from any door, plus each door has buttons dedicated to providing just enough light for normal use. With over 12 circuits and 40 bulbs under microprocessor control, using the lights are actually easier than the 10 bulbs and associated switches it replaced. The panel in my bedroom assured me they were all off at night, and if I miss that, turn off automatic at midnight and sunrise. With automation, I now never have lights left on all night and all day due to user error. Top notch work all the way. Thank you Brian, Rich, and Josh. Huntington, NY

I was searching for a nest pro or a locksmith to help me install a smart lock on my Lhollow core…read moredoor. I was looking to replace my vertical deadbolt lock. Two locksmiths told me was impossible and to purchase a different lock. I contacted Procast through Nest pro and Tariq is on top of his game. He contacted me immediately and addressed my concerns. I sent over pictures of my door and he reached out to one of their lock technician's to take a look. After they got the ok Tariq setup an appointment for me and everything was good to go. Tariq also responded to any calls or text almost immediately. The price was reasonable for the amount of work that would be required for this type of request. On the day of the install Pedro arrived on time in my scheduled time frame. He was professional and dedicated to tackle this smart door lock problem. My door was proving difficult even though it was a hollow core door. My door was stronger than we thought. The door chewed through his drill bit after 2hr in. Immediately he informed me he was going to head to home depot to pick up a new drill bit that is some dedication. Most people would of given up by now as we were 2hrs in with my door. He arrived back with new Milwaukee drill bits and hole dozer. He immediately started work again. By the end of the day my smart lock was installed and working. He made sure the lock was able to close properly and if there was anything I needed to adjust. After everything was done he cleaned up my floor with his vaccum. A+ service and install I would definitely use Procast again and recommend them to any one in my building.

Jason is the AMAZING master electrician behind Optimum Electrical Services. My husband and I were…read moreinitially recommended to Optimum Electrical Services through positive referrals I found within a local, online community group (Suffolk County - Smithtown area). Needless to say, we are ecstatic to have connected with him because it's always great to have a local electrician nearby that can be trusted to provide great services AND who is available to work within a reasonable timeline! Having already met with a bunch of other electricians (whose estimates were unreasonable, whose schedules weren't actually "open," or who simply never responded to us when we reached out or followed up), we found Jason to be a "cut above the rest!". Jason has always greeted us with friendliness and great professionalism. He is a focused worker who also shows patience with inquisitive customers (like me!) I have oftentimes spoken to him while he has been working; he never makes us feel like we are "interrupting;" he openly explains the different aspects of the labor involved with the job and is able to chat and work simultaneously while still being extremely productive! We have welcomed him into our home on several occasions. On his first visit, he installed wiring and mounts for two large (65" and 75") televisions, including the installation of new quad outlets to accommodate the (future) addition of a soundbar. Most recently, he helped us to "say goodbye" to some old, ugly ceiling mounted light fixtures and installed new, wifi-enabled ceiling fans in their place(s). We absolutely love that Jason, since he lives locally, has been available to help us with our projects: within days of our initial call! Lastly, because Jason is fully licensed, he willingly to provided me with a copy of his license as well as a copy of his proof of insurance ("Certificate of Insurance") when I asked for this information. The fact that Jason shared this information so willingly (and without any awkward hesitation) gave us great peace of mind as new homeowners. We wholeheartedly recommend Jason; he truly is an amazing person who offers fair, reasonable prices for his labor and expertise. Additionally, he has always been respectful of our home and cleans up after he works. He even offers to take off his shoes and/or brings "booties" to ensure that people's homes are respected! At the end of each service, he provides the customer with an itemized "paid" receipt, which is sent to the email of your choice! If you live in Suffolk County, definitely consider calling Optimum Electrical Services for your residential electrical needs!
