They said i paused the campaign which is a blatant lie. i canceled the program 12\31\2026. Previously i had been over charged and had to contest charges but this now if unacceptable. Also we had successful Yelp ad's for years for my San Francisco small business West Coast Leather off and on since 2003 and normally only place ad's when Yelp would match my spend on a three month program and in 2025 had placed ads' in the 4th quarter and cancelled 12\31\2025 Today when i called they would not connect me to a supervisor, siad one would contact me 10 days later and said they would send me a form to contest the charges. I will be contacting 7 by your side to resolve this since i know do not trust the company that it would automatically start a campaign without my consent. Yelp is a business that takes unlawful business practices to a new level do not trust this company. Sincerely Business owner of West Coast Leather now celebrating 23 years in business.
