The ladies at the front desk are rude and very unprofessional. I ordered contacts and asked what brand they were and she said she didn't know it didn't tell her.... You mean to say I'm about to spend $80 on one box of contacts and you can't even tell me if it's the brand I prefer, she didn't offer to find out, get any other help absolutely nothing just asked if I wanted them or not. Naturally they were the wrong brand and I had to go through some people in order to get it worked out. The optical shop is an absolute joke they only ever have one person working and wait times have exceeded 1.5 hours before. It's shameful small towns can't have better people. I sat there today while the lady in optical walked back and forth several times trying to make an appointment for a man instead of just asking him to come with her to speed that process up with people waiting for glasses pickup and other needs.

We went in the exam room and she was being a toddler she was scared she ran to a chair in the corner and the doctor told me to step out in the waiting room and I could talk to her there. He never even tried to speak to her. Told me if she kept playing games that we would have to reschedule. In the waiting room he came out to examine her and she was still scared and instead of even getting on her level and talking to her the doctor said once again if she's going to keep playing games we need to reschedule. I don't have vision insurance, my boyfriend does - but both of our check-out experiences were pleasant and quick. I just called to set up an appointment a few days prior and they gave me an appointment reminder call the day before. Since my appointment was during the Covid Pandemic the office was taking precautions such as having us wash hands when we arrived, limited persons in the office and wiping down surfaces as people were leaving.
