Completely opposite from what I experienced with Horizon Eye Care! I then attempted to cancel my appointment online via their chat option - which is recommended during your phone wait time. After starting the chat requesting to cancel appointment, after 15 mins the chat said 'No agents available' and just ended the chat without warning! I then had to call back and wait another 25 mins before reaching an agent to cancel my appointment. When I requested an email confirmation of the cancellation (because their website says $50 for no-show appointments that are not cancelled in advance) I was transferred for another 10 min wait to reach a voicemail! SO FRUSTRATING! I would highly NOT recommend this company if your new and looking for an optometrist!

The other doc was abrupt and impatient and he didn't want me to ask any questions. His demeanor indicated that he just wanted to check my eyes and get on to his next patient. Afterwards, I felt like I'd been on an eye assembly line! Next!!! For this visit, Dr. Reeves came in, looked at my "chart" and looked at my eyes and he talked. He patiently answered all of my questions. He also took the time to discuss a genetic eye disease that I just found out that I have. From beginning to end, I was treated like a special patient and when I left the clinic I was totally at peace with the care I'd just received.
