After starting the chat requesting to cancel appointment, after 15 mins the chat said 'No agents available' and just ended the chat without warning! I then had to call back and wait another 25 mins before reaching an agent to cancel my appointment. When I requested an email confirmation of the cancellation (because their website says $50 for no-show appointments that are not cancelled in advance) I was transferred for another 10 min wait to reach a voicemail! I have wanted eye surgery to correct my vision for quite a while now. As the cost was no longer…read moreholding me back, I decided to book a consultation here. During the consultation, the staff ran a plethora of test on my eyes to get a baseline and determine my eligibility. After, Dr. Nunnery came in and informed me which options I had for vision correction. I was still very much nervous, mostly due to my own fears, so I decided to give it a week or so to think about. I ended calling back and booking the appointment for PRK. I went in about a month later for the surgery. Due to some technical difficulties, the staff ask me to return the next day for the surgery. I went back the next day, and they performed the procedure. The team went above and beyond to ease my nerves. The surgery was only about 20 minutes in total and as I rose from the chair, my vision was almost perfect. The couple days after PRK are miserable as the healing process begins, but I was supplied with plenty of prescriptions, gear, and guidance to ease the process. There also were a few checkups during this period to ensure the process is going smoothly. It's about a month after my surgery and I am so happy with the decision. My vision is great, and the cost of about $6000 was worth every dollar. Dr. Nunnery is a professional in his craft and is a personable individual throughout the entire process. The rest of the staff is just as kind and ensured I had as seamless an experience possible.

The other doc was abrupt and impatient and he didn't want me to ask any questions. His demeanor indicated that he just wanted to check my eyes and get on to his next patient. Afterwards, I felt like I'd been on an eye assembly line! Next!!! For this visit, Dr. Reeves came in, looked at my "chart" and looked at my eyes and he talked. He patiently answered all of my questions. He also took the time to discuss a genetic eye disease that I just found out that I have. From beginning to end, I was treated like a special patient and when I left the clinic I was totally at peace with the care I'd just received. I've already recommended Dr Reeves to a friend, who's already made an appointment to see him.
