Just had Lasik done yesterday and feeling amazing!…read more From my first call to Providence eye until now, I have felt cared for and well informed every step of the way. Every staff member at Providence eye is genuinely warm and caring but most importantly knowledgeable. The communication between staff members is fantastic-making the patient experience much easier. I felt so comfortable knowing that everyone was on the same page. Despite the fairly simple pre and post op instructions they were repeated to me just the right amount of times, in writing and in person. I was made to feel completely comfortable to ask any questions at all! Dr. Mozayeni was friendly, warm, informative, very detail oriented and thorough. He didn't try to sell me on Lasik, but rather educated me and was informative about my options. During the actual procedure, I thought I would be very nervous, but with Dr. Mozayeni and is fabulous tech Sara by my side, I was surprisingly comfortable and confident. When I left the office, I truly felt that Dr. Mozayeni and his staff were as happy for me and my new vision as I was! Thank you Providence eye for this wonderful experience. You're getting all my Lasik referrals!!

Providence Eye is A Great Practice and Dr. Nunnery and Dr. Chin are good doctors but their empathy towards their employees is a lot to be reckon with when they base there idea that all that work there are like family. My wife worked there for almost 20 years and was let go with no severance pay and insurance stopped right there and then. They told her she was a great technician but had to let her go. They sure pulled the wool over my eyes. I cannot support a practice even them being good doctors but to me they do not care for their employees especially ones that have been dedicated and loyal to that practice. I read other people that they answer their reviews but cannot answer me on my review on letting my wife go on almost 20 years of loyalty to them. There is no way I and I hope the patients that knew my wife could support a practice that has no empathy or loyalty to their employees. As I have said totally shocked by these two doctors and their so called administrator. Again I am so totally shocked what they did to my wife with no severance pay and insurance stopped right there and then and then doctor Nunnery walked her right out to her car and she was not aloud to go get her stuff at her desk. The administrator went and got it. To a practice I will never ever support again Tommy Mercer

Dr. Reeves and the whole Reeves Eye Clinic staff are the best in the area, as far as I'm concerned…read more I'd been to another local ophthalmologist before switching to Dr Reeves and, by comparison, the two doctors were like night and day. The other doc was abrupt and impatient and he didn't want me to ask any questions. His demeanor indicated that he just wanted to check my eyes and get on to his next patient. Afterwards, I felt like I'd been on an eye assembly line! Next!!! For this visit, Dr. Reeves came in, looked at my "chart" and looked at my eyes and he talked. He patiently answered all of my questions. He also took the time to discuss a genetic eye disease that I just found out that I have. From beginning to end, I was treated like a special patient and when I left the clinic I was totally at peace with the care I'd just received. I've already recommended Dr Reeves to a friend, who's already made an appointment to see him. My eyesight is very important to me, as is my time and the specialist care I need to keep my eyes healthy. I highly recommend Dr. Reeves.

Yes I have missed an appointment and I get chaged 36 bucks! I have had to wait long periods of time, and when it comes to paying the bill - they make it very difficult to do so as their on-line payment portal never seems to work correctly. I'm definintely going to hope I can find a different place to go to.

The ability to perform such delicate and intricate surgery must have taken years of study and practice at the expense of more enjoyable pastimes. Our pre -operative conversations assured me that I was making the right choice in placing my future vision into his hands. This is even more evident after my surgery. Thank you Dr. Kahn. They called to cancel my appointment days in advance for an emergency (in the English dictionary an…read moreemergency is immediate, not days away--they should have said "a conflict") which felt deceptive at the outset. I moved around 3 other appointments as I too am a busy professional. Yet, I got there, got the tests and drops and then was left waiting for 45 minutes and after they let others see the doctor who had come in and gotten drops 20 mins. later than me, I said something. The young lady was too busy eating and gave me a dirty look which was smug for a young lady. This is either poor practice management (no excuse when AI and other tools allow for accurate scheduling), a general culture of disrespect, or simply a young male eye doctor's arrogance. Dr. Khan seems to have lost control of his schedule and staff. This type of mismanagement may be acceptable to you. I am sure he is a good doctor, but I am good at my profession also, but would not treat clients this way. They want you to be on time, but they are not.
