They close their shop at 4pm so i had to leave a voicemail. when I finally got in touch with her, she had no clue why the guy did that and offered yet another one to come out Giving the benefit of doubt I agreed. This time the guy showed up 5took the information and said he would drop the estimate off to the Boss. after getting no response from them I called again This time she claimed the worker took the paperwork home with him as he had some sort of emergency. She said he would bring it in when he got back in town. I told her just to email it to me and that is the last I heard from them!!!! That is the rudest treatment I have ever received from a company advertising no job is too big or small. I don't know how you stay in business with that lack of competency.

You need a locksmith? Aro Lock is the only place I call in Milwaukee. After having done business…read morewith these guys for over 15 years, I trust my properties and tenants to no one else. After all, no matter how big or small the job is, they are willing to take care of me right away. And doing things remotely from Chicago is often not easy, especially in this day and age where no one trusts anyone anymore. But trust these guys, I do, as I have sent them out to re-key properties, assist tenants with key issues, change or repair locks, or to help make my entry easier as a landlord, and they do it all, quickly, and for a fair price. Recently, a tenant called to tell me that the deadbolt needed to be replaced. Sounds easy right? Not when you have the house common keyed to the common doors but individually keyed to the apartments. It wasn't like I was going to go to Home Depot and buy and install a new lock given that complexity. After describing the problem on the phone to Aro- they told me that it sounded like a simple repair versus replacement and quoted me the price over the phone. When the job was done, they called to give me an update. Who does that anymore? And you know they were right. It was just a simple repair job and they took care of it the same day. I know that Aro Lock does more than locks these days; things like security cameras, intercoms, steel doors, high security auto keys and more, but my needs are more simple and they deliver on them time and time again. Too bad Aro Lock doesn't do business in Chicagoland. Because if they did, I know where I would go for all my key and lock needs.

Someone answered right away and was able to diagnose the problem over the phone, took my information, gave a rough estimate of cost, and set up my appointment for the next morning. He set to work right away, fixed the spring, lubricated everything up, and even put the light cover back on that we hadn't gotten around to after swapping the lightbulb. He was done in no more than 30-45 minutes. He had a card reader so paying the bill was easy (and was exactly what was quoted over the phone) and our garage door is working even better than before.
