I've replaced my damaged electronics, however the amount of dust and metal shavings to clean up is what's taking so long. My recommendation to this company is to protect the customers assets as much as possible as if they were your own. I still can't believe nothing was covered or protected. The value nor the quality of service were present with this company. I am still beside myself.

I explained that I had called that other locksmith and they aren't able to service the type of door/lock that we have. The man on the phone said my location doesn't have a space for their company to park a truck. When I questioned him about his statement (knowing we have street parking, a parking lot, and parking spaces in the alley behind our school) he explained that he wouldn't send anyone to our location because he would be afraid their truck would get broken into. This company has never been to our location before so this is a baseless assumption. But, from some of their other reviews, these types of comments seem pretty common.

It didn't work for us so he came out - he was easy to communicate with, had good available and arrived on time. He was clean and thorough as he worked on getting the broken key out and eventually the cabinet open! One of those things was reducing the number of keys hanging from my steering column and belt. A couple years ago while in the area, I stopped in this shop to replace a cracked vehicle key before it broke off. I saw a gold padlock on the counter with a house key in it. "You guys can actually make padlocks that use house and office keys", I asked. It was explained that it is possible. I immediately had some padlocks made for me, drastically reducing the senseless number of keys hanging from my steering column and making a small part of my life far more simple. For me, this was a great idea because I'm the only one working all these locks. For someone else who has a number of people working a bunch of locks, ...maybe give that some security thought. I have had my security system from Bonafide for about 5 years. It has been trouble free . A while ago I recieved a call that there was a door ajar notification. By the time that I got there the local police had already checked the entire area and were waiting for entry. Just recently had my first service related issue, trouble setting the lockout code. The owner of the company came out and diagnosed the issue as smoke alarm batterys and motion sensor adjustment. I bought the batterys and had a small issue with clearing a code. The owner of the company came back out and showed me how to correctly clear all the codes.
