Do NOT choose this scamming outfit to fix your lock! I called them to remove a jammed cylinder. The guy came in an unmarked car, no uniform, and proceeded to mess with the lock. Then he told me it was broken (I now realize that he broke it) , then left for two hours supposedly to "find a replacement ." It's a long story, and I didn't get what was going on until too late. They ruined my beautiful front door and tried to get me to pay $1000 for it! Be forewarned. read more

I would not recommend at all. I tried to get prices by phone. Nope. We'll have technicians call you booked for 11am and called at 11 am to say theyd be a hour late. Took me a hour to drive there so now stuck waiting. I tried calling at noon no answer ill call you back in a minute. Half hour goes by so now im forced to call other locksmiths to get price and availability. I could have had them come out to do the work for way less then them and live and learn. So he gets there tells me price is 550 to remove a lock from an storage unit. I told him no way said I pay a cancelation fee or what ever but not paying that price. Then told me a price which is still higher then the other place now im feeling pressured and didnt like the aggressive way he turned on me. So the price is 550 per her per lock. It took 15 minutes. Absolutely a horrible experience! I'm not even sure what was the worst part? The fact that they came unprepared, the fact that they gave us multiple prices, or the fact that everybody who works for this company is flat out rude! At least I can say I didn't choose them, triple AAA did. Oh and yes, I reported them to AAA who was also disappointed to hear of this horrible companies experience. I needed a bunch of locks re-keyed and discovered an issue with one of the locks. The locksmith was nice enough to wait for me to quick run to the store to get a new door knob. They were able to come out quickly and the work was done within a half hour (20 minutes of that was me running to Ace Hardware) Highly recommend!! read more

Used this service for my son who lost his car key, they were prompt and cut a key for my son within an hour. The cool thing is they come to the house. I'm not sure what rates are this service, but they charged my son $175.00. Now I thought that was a bit pricey, but what do I know? Anyway, he also gave my son a boost because his battery was dead. My only other complaint was they were unable to process my sons debit card due to technical difficulties. So we had to go to a ATM and get the funds to pay for the service; that was kind of a hassle. All in all, despite that inconvenience, the service was extremely helpful and timely. I'd encourage them to get in the 21st century with their payment system, because I don't generally carry that much cash on me. read more

They quoted me a more than fair price on the phone when I called and even after Johnny spent 90 minutes just trying to get inside my home, they stuck to the quoted price. If your technicians were out then you should've been clear on a timeline and better communicated that it was going to take them longer than what you originally said. Better yet, I had to call you after waiting for an hour. You were speaking to an technician in the background saying "can you service this customer ?" And got back on the phone with me saying " he'll be there in 20 min" again , after already waiting for an HOUR! unprofessional of you to have a customer waiting for you outside at the time you said you were going to be there only for you to not show up at eta you gave me. You talk about "demands" and "safety" which is complete bs. Your words were "if you think we are taking too long ,then call someone else" , those are words of arrogance and not of concern. Don't put on this mask of professionalism for the internet my guy. Any customer waiting outside far an extra 30 minutes past the quoted time would be frustrated. How about being professional and let your customers know when you're tied up and won't make it in time. Stop with the cover ups . Called and was informed they could help along with the cost (which was very reasonable) and a time frame. They came really quick, quicker than the time frame I was told and got us in the house! Paid $55.00 to remove a broken key so my garage would open. A tech came and removed some of the key then saw that the garage still wasn't fixed and left. Isaac walked me through putting my ignorant ass smart key together over the phone after my key broke in the ignition. They get 5 stars for that then I used a spare until I had time to go there and get a new key made. Then my car broke down at the KFC next door while we were testing out the new key, John Jr and John Sr attempted to jump my car AND John Sr gave me a ride to the barbershop to pick up my nephew whom I left over there before I knew the full extent of the hooptie my car was slowly morphing into.....all while I was waiting on AAA to tow said ignorant car. They get 10 stars for that but unfortunately there aren't enough stars in the universe to bless this business with. We also shared a 10 piece hot wing as they counseled me on my troubles. Go there for a lock out or if you're just interested in meeting the realest brothers in the business. Lost my key ring with my lower and upper duplex keys on it. Called A-1 to have them come out to unlock my doors and rekey my locks. I was assured they would be over within the hour. That they were. The locksmith was very polite and efficient. He had all 4 locks opened and rekeyed within 45 minutes. The price was very reasonable.
