You need a locksmith? Aro Lock is the only place I call in Milwaukee. After having done business…read morewith these guys for over 15 years, I trust my properties and tenants to no one else. After all, no matter how big or small the job is, they are willing to take care of me right away. And doing things remotely from Chicago is often not easy, especially in this day and age where no one trusts anyone anymore. But trust these guys, I do, as I have sent them out to re-key properties, assist tenants with key issues, change or repair locks, or to help make my entry easier as a landlord, and they do it all, quickly, and for a fair price. Recently, a tenant called to tell me that the deadbolt needed to be replaced. Sounds easy right? Not when you have the house common keyed to the common doors but individually keyed to the apartments. It wasn't like I was going to go to Home Depot and buy and install a new lock given that complexity. After describing the problem on the phone to Aro- they told me that it sounded like a simple repair versus replacement and quoted me the price over the phone. When the job was done, they called to give me an update. Who does that anymore? And you know they were right. It was just a simple repair job and they took care of it the same day. I know that Aro Lock does more than locks these days; things like security cameras, intercoms, steel doors, high security auto keys and more, but my needs are more simple and they deliver on them time and time again. Too bad Aro Lock doesn't do business in Chicagoland. Because if they did, I know where I would go for all my key and lock needs.

It's got a deadbolt operated by a skeleton key. None of the keys we got with the house would work (closed in August). We had one locksmith work on it in September, no luck. Said the lock was hopelessly jammed and we'd need to replace it. Waited out the winter, called these dudes and Jason had it open in 15 minutes. I don't understand the previous complaints. $62 is a fair price. I can finally utilize a nice part of my home. Furthermore, they were super friendly in person and on the phone. It's a locally owned franchise. Always support local.

They told me that it would take about 30 minutes to get to my car, which wasn't a bad timing at all being it was around 5:00. Pop a lock did not notify me about they cost, which i thought maximum would be about $45 dollars like most locksmith are. They took an hour and thirty minutes to get there!! In the freezing November weather we are currently experiencing.. Not only did they take a long time, they were incredibly rude, and didn't even say hello. Came up in a sketchy blue fan, which I would have no idea who they were if they didn't have their "pop-a-lock" sign on the top of the car, like a pizza delivery driver would have.. popped in within a minute, then finally told me the amount AFTER they unlocked it, and then they left without saying thank you or anything. Please choose a different locksmith..
